Does Anyone Know How The Toyota Conviction Policy Works I Am A Hard Worker But Made Only One

Will a motor corporation such as nissan, toyota, honda etc. hire felons for service technicians?

Any time you work around expensive merchandise weather its in a grocery store or an automobile factory an employee must be bondable so that in the event of any loos attributed to them the company can get insurance for the loss. A felony would exclude anyone from a job being around millions of dollars in parts. that's the bad news, now here is the good. As long as you stay out of trouble for a while like at least a year and preferably many years and do not go back and do the stuff that got you in trouble in the first place, you can call the municipal court where the court case was heard and get the case number and the forms you need to petition the court. And the felony can get reduced to misdemeanors. What this does for you is you are no longer a convicted felon . So now you can apply for jobs that were not accessible to you before. If you have multiple felonies put them all on the same page and just pay the one fee. They will set a court date which you do not have to go, and they will notify you of their decision at a later date. I wrote a letter to the court with my application and was approved and the multiple felony were reduced to misdemeanors. You can too depending on your record. Its kind of a pain in the butt in a way, but the outcome can be favorable which makes the paperwork and the 130 bucks or so worth it in the end. .

I haven't made a car payment in a year. When can I negotiate with the bank?

They keep looking for it. If they find it, they will repo it. They knock on the door asking me where it is.

It's already charged off.

They can't hit me with felony auto theft. I asked several lawyers. It's a common threat to guys that they can't catch/repo.

They'll never catch me. They'll never repo it. I'm always 9 steps ahead of them.

Wrong gender on speeding ticket, can i get it dismissed?

In general, these things will not get a ticket dismissed. These errors are not material to the case against you.

Non-material errors can be fixed by the officer by amending the citation at any time, including during your hearing.

So if you stand up and point out the error, the judge will tell the officer to amend the citation and then ask you if you're pleading guilty or not guilty. Your hair color and gender has no bearing on whether you're guilty of speeding or not.

But yes, the judge does have the power to dismiss a citation because of errors, but it's not guaranteed.

Can I be a Car Salesman with a DUI?

if you have a current valid drivers license dealers will hire you, the sticky part is how strict is the Insurance provider that service the dealer.

I have worked with many sales people that had lost their license at one point or another and doing quite well in the industry, it's really a decision made by the dealer.

It's very rare and bad manners on my part to comment on someone else whom have posted an answer, but the answer provided by FRIEDACH really is in bad taste using words like “ respected – trust – unhappy life “
