Does Anyone Know Of Any Websites Where You Can Watch Movies Or Tv Shows In Other Languages

Does anyone know where I can watch 'The Way He Looks'?

I KNOW I WAS SO EXCITED. It released last week actually on the tenth, you won't find it on of the 'legal' websites yet with subtitles. It's released with subtitles sometime in November (in the UK). I'm not sure about America or any other countries but I'm assuming it's around the same time.

Do you know any websites show English movies and English series with English subtitles because I need to improve my English?

I am a native English speaker but can no longer understand movie dialog because I am very hard of hearing, so I use closed captioning (English subtitles on English shows) on my TV for all shows I watch. This website has many free educational videos, and about a third of them have closed captioning available:Watch PBS TV Shows OnlineIf you are willing to pay to view, i-Tunes has very many English language TV shows available with closed captions; I have to buy these and watch them on my laptop if I miss an episode of certain TV shows. In standard definition, a TV show episode costs $1.95.

Is there a website where you can watch Filipino movies with subtitles?

I've seen other sites where you can watch movies for free and I've been hooked on Korean dramas but I was wondering if there was one for Filipino/Tagalog movies as well? I've been on YouTube but there isn't that many... Thanks!

On what website can I watch TV series with Spanish subtitles?

You should try Youtube, but if you have a TV, try the following.   This is often controllable by the TV set. You should go into your TV menu and look for CC or Closed Captioning or Captions or Sub-titles. It can be called all of those things (if not even other stuff as well). Then you simply have to turn it on (and perhaps set the "when its on" mode - like only on when muted or on all the time).   If this is in the satellite box, same deal though. Go into the menus and look through them for CC, Closed Captioning, Captions, and/or Sub-titles. Then cycle through the options turning them on.

Where can I watch Vietnamese movies/tv shows online?

Hey, so my girlfriend is Vietnamese. I'm trying to learn the language and doing all the normal "trying to learn a language things" like online videos and the like (no Vietnamese classes offered where I live sadly), but I'm still having alot of trouble. I know immersion is the best way to learn a language is immersion, so I'm trying to expose myself to as much Vietnamese media as I can.

Does anyone here know where I could maybe watch Vietnamese dramas, movies, or some other form of Vietnamese media online, but preferably with English subtitles so I'm not completely lost. Anything would help. Thanks.

Is watching movies and TV shows a hobby?

Thanks for the A2A.A hobby is a regular activity that is done for enjoyment, typically during one's leisure time. So if you find yourself in front of a screen watching some obscure noir from 1935 on a warm Friday evening or most evenings, that’s your hobby. I suggest that next time someone questions your hobby drop some show names and watch them shut up or just ask what their hobbies are and criticize them. Can be fun.In my case it’s an OCD so I won’t call it a hobby. If this is not clear please let me know.

Another Japanese language learning site as good as Textfugu?

The best way to learn Japanese is by taking a class, enrolling in a course or investing in a good textbook. If you can't take classes then the self-study method with the correct resources is a good way.

The key to learning Japanese effectively is to work on your grammar, listening, speaking, reading and writing. Its best to think of these as separate categories and focus on each specific category as these require different methods and techniques.

Start by learning the basics through grammar. These books really helped me.

• Shin Nihongo no Kiso I & II

• An Introduction to Modern Japanese by Osamu Mizutani & Nobuko Mizutani
http://japan-australia.blogspot.com/2011...

• Japanese Demystified by Eriko Sato a self-teaching guide
http://japan-australia.blogspot.com/2011...

These books cover both polite Japanese, which is extremely important to learn in order to speak Japanese effectively and causal Japanese, which is great for everyday conversations.

I also recommend trying to learn a certain amount of vocab or kanji each day as this helps you build up your vocab and kanji ability. I tried to learn 5 kanji per day or about 20 a week and did the same with vocab.

Watching Japanese anime or any Japanese TV program is a good idea for improving your listening skills and also your vocabulary. Keep a notebook and jot down any new words you hear. Then look them up and find out the meaning.

Websites are not always the best way to learn Japanese. Most websites are run by people with no teaching credentials and are not even native speakers of Japanese. Some of them are just interested in making money and not in helping you in what you need to be successful in learning Japanese.

How could someone not get bored watching the same movie multiple times?

I think it’s because the emotion we feel when we watch the movie. Some people see movies as a gateway to escape reality. They want to feel a different emotional level from their ordinary life. Therefore when they watch a very good movie, there’s this one-kind-of-emotion sticks in brain and really hard to forget. Cinephile are addicted to this emotion, and wanted to feel it again and again.Perhaps your friend has been star-struck by Star Wars movie. He want to feel that awesomeness again and again and will never get bored. Well, he will get bored eventually but it’ll not happen in the near future. It’s like seeing your crush every single day. You’re not got bored watching him/her all day, don’t you?
