Does Anyone Know What Injury I Might Have

Does anyone know how to heal an internal penis injury?

For one, I don't see why you would have to die alone because of this, because it is probably a problem that can be solved.

First off, you probably REALLY need to take off time masturbating and let your penis heal.
Secondly, please go to a doctor again and explain what has happened, explain that the cilia didn't help and ask him what you can do to fix it and/or if it even CAN be fixed. Otherwise, there are other medicines that will help with that 'problem'.

Maybe even some herbs, just look it up in herb treatment books (AND BE CAREFUL WITH WHAT YOU TAKE, HERBS CAN HAVE EQUALLY NASTY SIDE EFFECTS AS MODERN DAY MEDICINE!).

Good luck! :)

Do you know anyone who has died or was severely injured during a hot pepper eating contest?

Only from news articles. However, this is a danger. *I* can eat Trinidad Moruga Scorpion peppers because I have been building up to them through habaneros, through ghost peppers, etc. I didn’t skip all the intermediate work. My body got used to all that capsaicin shock.Just because I can eat a pepper, doesn’t mean you can.Man goes to ER after eating world's hottest chili pepperMan Hospitalized After Drinking Vodka Soaked In the World's Hottest Chili PepperI took a class in San Jose, CA and the company took the whole class out for a meal at a Chinese restaurant. I ordered, “whatever is the hottest.” The lady taking the order had to go ask the cook something and a middle-aged lady came out to talk to me. She very politely asked me if I was sure. I said there was nothing she had that was too hot for me. I grew up in chili country. The lady across the way, being from Texas, had to challenge me. Bad news. The cook nodded.I ate my meal and complimented the chef. I left a double tip. It was excellent and tasty as well as very hot. What are some gym exercises that can lead to injury if not done properly?

Any exercise you think you know how to do but can’t do with good form can lead to injury.I don’t believe there are any commonly performed exercises that are flat-out dangerous. Any exercise whose risk outweighs its benefit doesn’t gain much traction in the fitness community. For comparison’s sake, take an activity like skydiving. Is skydiving dangerous? Moreso than sitting on your couch watching TV (although you might have some longterm health issues if you do that frequently enough). Less so than playing in traffic. Whether or not skydiving is safe depends mostly on the quality of the equipment, the knowledge of the skydiving company and the behavior of the skydiver.Just like any skydiving company with a few accidents on its record doesn’t stay in business long, any exercise which causes injury and is easily replaced by another exercise quickly falls out of favor. And like skydiving, exercise safety depends on the quality of the equipment, the knowledge of the person presenting or instructing the exercise and the capacity and diligence of the person performing it.But what about supposedly dangerous exercises like barbell squats and deadlifts? At a certain intensity, any movement becomes dangerous. I can’t deadlift 600 pounds and I would probably hurt myself if I tried. But 600 pounds is a relatively light weight for a world-class powerlifter. Then again, there are people who will injure themselves on the treadmill, ab bench or leg extension machine because they don’t have good form, don’t know their limits or aren’t paying attention to what they’re doing. So how do you avoid dangerous exercises?Know your capabilities and your limits. If you’re not sure, start at a lower intensity and work your way up.Learn what good form looks like. Find a knowledgeable coach or trainer if you can. If you can’t, take videos of yourself and compare them to examples of people doing the exercise correctly.Treat exercise like you would (or should) treat driving a car. Focus on what you’re doing instead of on your phone, the TV or hitting on the cute guy/girl next to you.

Fake Injury Question?

look up scaphoid fractures, its a tiny bone in your hand at the base of your thumb that can break if you fall and try and catch yourself with your hand. It doesn't always show up on xrays and doesn't swell, but they hurt a lot, so if the doctor thinks you have a broken scaphoid, they'll put a cast on your arm and thumb for a week or so and take new xrays, if it hasn't shown up by then they'll usually send you on your way. You can fall and tell him your hand hurts and then get an ace bandage, a cast, or a brace that covers your wrist and thumb. These are called Thumb Spicas, if you google, you'll find a whole bunch of stuff.

Then, in a week you can take it off and say it wasn't broken after all, but he might get the point.

Can a tailbone injury cause permanent back pain?

You must get it looked at.

The tailbone or Cocyx is the base of the spine. So any shock will have transferred up along your spine and might have caused damage further up that will cripple you when older.

Sorry if I seem alarmist but sports injuries have seen me virtually crippled. I went from superfit even into my 30's to barely able to walk now.

My injuries were to my feet. Once the pain came in I could no longer walk as much and this resulted in increased weight which I barely control. A spinal injury would also potentially have the same result on you. So please get it looked carefully and keep a record of any scans done, that might be useful later as you get older. You may find them useful if you get pains hitting you without explanation.

The link below gives you info on the Coccyx injury - please remember that your injury was severe and therefore may have been more complex than most.

Does anyone know what may cause dime size round bruises on someones inner thigh w/o any injury?

I find these often and there is absolutely nothing that I have done to cause them. I just wake up and they're there. They're always a dark, purple bruise but are often painless. I know this is a weird question, lol, and appreciate any comments.

How do you know if a lower back injury from deadlifting is permanent? Is there any way to speed up the recovery process, and what workouts can/should be done in the meantime?

STOP.Lower back injuries from doing bad deadlifts may indicate there is an injury because you are in pain, but you just don’t know the extent of it.Don’t try to diagnose it your self. You need a medical evaluation by a specialist to determine the following:Your injuries are superficial and temporary, and you will recover in 3 to 5 days, sooner or later. Meanwhile, if you can walk, stay active and begin planning to learn the mechanics of Squats, deadlifts, and the bench. It is essential for continuity of the program.Avoid lifting stuff for few days. Plan on returning to weight training but you need a new weight training program centered around your current mobility, and apparently, you don't know what you are doing. You need to work with an experienced coach or will get hurt again sooner or later with much more difficult injuries.Your injuries need medical attention.Barbell Deadlifts are a terrific method of building strength, but if conducted with poor mechanics and supported by poor nutrition neglecting sleep /recovery, leads to disaster.Mansour’s disclaimer:Don't do anything stupid and get hurt lifting big ass weights after reading some of my answers. It would make us both quite unhappy. Consult a Medical Doctor, a Strength Training coach, and common-sense specialist before doing anything you may read in some of my answers.

How is it possible for a person to fake a back injury?

Easy! Back pain is the most common complaint in the World. They can do x-rays, they can do MRI and they might come back normal, but the person still complain of back pain. The Doctor can even give the person a physical and see they are a bit stiff. However, a good Doctor will do a blood test and look for the markers of inflammation, monitor that over a few months and then walk away from the Patient.
I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and a disc problem. I have to take drugs on a daily basis, like it or not for the rest of my life, a anti-inflammatory drug everyday without fail!
Anyway one day I went to see my Doctor who was in his office, window open wearing short sleeve shirt. I walk in wearing my fleece jacket and he says 'Do you think it is warm or cold in my office?' I replied 'Just a bit cold' and he burst out laughing? I then asked what was going on and he replied 'I know you are taking your drugs'. Simple, did not have to ask, take any blood test, he could tell by what I was wearing IF I was taking my drugs like a good Patient. If I was not taking my drugs, he would have examine me and then say 'Take the drugs'. Or he would have examine me and said 'Nothing I can do' knowing full well I was not taking my drugs, so why waste his time.
People who 'fake' health problems are digging a hole for themselves and later in life it will catch up with them, because Doctors have these little ways of knowing if you are on the drugs or not, without the Patient knowing! Best of Luck

What type of injury might I have if I have been unable to do any hammer curls at the gym due to intense weakness and pain throughout my forearm?

It sounds like what we used to call tennis elbow. If it’s what I’m thinking, I know exactly what you’re talking about. It’s a pain that runs from a little higher than your elbow all the way to the wrist. For me, it was an ergonomic injury from repetitive motion at work.IF you are able to take ibuprofen, I’d suggest taking 800mg 3 times a day (every 8 hours) even if you’re not in acute pain. Ibuprofen and other NSAIDS help with the inflammation that is probably causing your pain. Also, use ice packs (20 minutes on at a time).NSAIDS are filtered thru your kidneys, if you’ve ever had kidney issues do not take ibuprofen, naproxen sodium, etc..Also, give your forearms a bit of a break until it starts feeling better. You can still hit your biceps but use more of a palm up hand position and try to take the strain from your forearms. It should feel better in a week or so.Good luck
