Does anyone know a good brand that sells yakisoba sauce in Canada?
I ama former chef and have worked in Japan, here in Toronto I have a choice go to my favorite Japanese store, Sanko on Queen St just past Bathurst, but alot of good Asian stores will sell it, it is not hard to make and if you can find the ingredients make it and it keeps for a long time. I would check the local Asian store to see what they have and then if not search out the ingredients for the sauce to make at home. I found a site that describes all the Kikkoman products available in Canada, in the Asian store they will have more, from the experience I had when working in Tokyo for CP Hotels in the 1980's, it is alot like Tonkatsu sauce with a spicy tinge, a bit of chili powder or flakes, even a dash of shinch pepper mix and tabasco will have the same affect.

I'm guessing you Googled already. Here's a naive approach. It would split multiword brand names into separate terms and miss brand name elements which are also used in uncapitalized form, but you're getting what you paid for here…One way to get this would be to find pirated plain text versions of the novels and run them through a series of text filters to:break each word out onto its own line,separate that list into two files : words starting with a capital letter vs words starting with a lowercase letter,ignoring case, filter out all of the words which appear in both lists,sort the remaining words,strip out the duplicates and optionally add a column to each line with the number of instances,dump the list into a Google Sheets doc,make coffee.Eyeball the list. Add a column in which you can mark the brand names. Filter when done.I'd be amazed if the whole process took much more time to do than it took me to describe how, though you'd want to iterate on it a little to catch terms that get missed or mangled. Bear in mind that you'd have to score some stolen media to do this, which is illegal, and I'm not suggesting you really do it.

Is it at Starbucks, Whole Foods, Walmart, etc? I've already checked but I'm not sure if I actually missed anything. haha I need this for a "food scavenger hunt" assignment. I've already got pictures with organic, rainforest-alliance, and regular but can't find this shade-grown coffee anywhere!
