From my own experience, it’s just a myth. In case you’re wondering, it’s not a conspiracy of doctors to say only by watching what you eat and regular exercise can you expect to lose weight and maintain weight loss, it is a point of fact. Any supplement or other pill, drink or other intake will not accomplish sustainable weight loss and may even be bad for your health.I drank green tea for several years and my weight actually went up over that time, because I did not accompany my diet with any meaningful exercise program. While I can say I’m in relatively good health, I do have a fat middle, which will require a lot of effort over time to reduce.There is no miracle cure to being overweight and anyone who says otherwise is either a liar, or an alien from another planet that is so much more advanced than us, you’d probably explode if you took anything from the alien because our system couldn’t handle it. my family bought a bunch of green tea bags from litpon. their Decaf and its brew your own tea. i usualy drink organic or bigelow tea but is lipton real tea? like if i drink this is it still healthy?

Drinking green tea makes me really hungry!?

green tea is rich in antioxidants which everyone knows. Thus it speeds up your metabolism causing you to become hungry, it does the same for me. You're are already exercising but for how long? Any cardio is better than none, but to my understanding it should be an hour minimum. I might be wrong but from what I hear, your body will burn the carbs and sugars first for energy, then when that supply is gone it dips into the fat reserves, which explains why marathon runners and the like are so toned.

Sounds to me you have a good weight, you're still young. And I'm still trying to comprehend how a bra size going up is a bad thing!
