Does It Make Sense That Sleep Alters Dna

Is there any proof that 528 Hz repairs DNA?

Your DNA is not an unavoidable reality. It can be changed. The 528 Hz recurrence can mend harmed DNA. At the time, there is insufficient investigative research accessible on the subject. What we know without a doubt is that the hypothesis that 528 Hz recurrence repairs harmed DNA from Lee Lorenzen, who was utilizing the 528 Hertz recurrence to make grouped water.Clustered water is separated in little stable rings or groups. Our DNA has membranes that permit water to course through and clear pollutions. Since clustered water is smaller than bound water, it streams all the more effortlessly through cell membranes and is more productive in uprooting those polluting influences. The bigger, bound water does not stream effortlessly through cell layers, also in this manner the polluting influences linger and can in the end result in ailment. The structure of the water atom gives it exceptional properties and is crucial for DNA's capacity. Enough hydrated DNA hold far more noteworthy vitality possibilities than got dried out strands. A slight lessening of empowered water showering hereditary networks causes DNA to come up short vivaciously. Six-sided, precious stone molded, hexagonal grouped water atoms frame the strong network of solid DNA. He proposes that the exhaustion of this network is a central process that contrarily influences basically every physiological capacity. The 6-sided clear clusters that backing the DNA twofold helix vibrate at a particular resounding recurrence – 528 cycles for each second.Obviously, every one of these disclosures doesn’t imply that 528 Hz will repair your DNA directly. Be that as it may, if the 528 Hertz can decidedly influence water groups, then it can uproot debasements permitting your body to end up and stay solid and adjusted. The capability of sound absolutely affecting our lives is self-evident, and the potential for a 528 Hz (and different frequencies) influencing DNA might have some investigative legitimacy. There should be more research to make the DNA repair claim. More on this article, titled The Sound For DNA Repair, Frequency 528 Hz.

Christians, why does evolution offend you?

There is much archeological evidence of it. Take for instance archeopteryx.

And human fossil evidence - Homo Erasmus, Homo Habilias, Homo Erectus all part human yet with primate qualities as well.

Is it so sinful for a person to think that not every part of the bible is meant literally? (Read the parables and Revelations. They were meant spiritually not literally) Does it discredit God to think that those 6 days of creation just might be days as defined by the apostle Peter when he said a day to the Lord is as a 1,000 years? Which brings more glory to God and fits more within the realm that God usually works, to say that God zapped everything into existence in six 24 hour days or to say that God created a great system of creating things from lower forms of life and at some point in that process, he gave man a soul? If one preaches the creationist view to a non-believer, he is asking intelligent people to put aside facts and scientific evidence of evolution when in reality, those facts coincide perfectly with the biblical account of creation.

And one more thing, when you don't view Adam and Eve as the first human beings but as the first human beings with souls, all of the difficulties with Genesis chapter 4 finally are explained like where Cain's wife came from and who were the people that Cain was afraid would kill him after he killed his brother Abel. Think about it.

By the way, I am a born again spirit filled Christian in case anyone is wondering.

Why does heartbreak change people?

Short story:7 years back, when I was in the final year of Engineering. We were 5 friends in the group, two of us were heavy drinkers. One day, those two guys went outside to drink. After drinking, one of my friends asked the other for the keys of the bike, so that he could drive to the hostel. While coming to the hostel, he lost his balance because of high speed and met an accident with a truck. He died on the spot; the other guy who wasn’t driving survived. But he was in massive shock. He left drinking. It’s been 7 years but he has never touched liquor since then. What changed him?If you say, an accident. Then I will say you are wrong.Accident didn’t change him. “Fear of death” changed him. My friend watched how someone died in front of his eyes. He witnessed his pain, he felt his last moment. He couldn’t sleep, never be the same as before. This is what happens in a relationship.Breakups are like an accident.Breakups never change people but the suffering does. When you suffer more, you become harsher towards this world. And the world thinks you have become arrogant. You witness those moments when people leave you and you can’t stop them. You become stronger and do not allow other unworthy people to come in your life. When your hands are burnt, you know it is not wise to play with fire. When you are a kid, you are not afraid of anything. Because you don’t know about the consequences.Another true fact:I always acted that heartbreak wasn’t a big deal until I experienced One. Till then, I used to make fun of other people who had a break up.I am proud of my heart,It’s been played, stabbed, cheated and broken. But Somehow it still works.

It's scientifically proven that you can alter your brain waves during meditation. As an experienced meditator, can you physically feel the brain waves changing inside your head/brain while meditating? If so, how does it feel?

Actually, yes, in an experiential way. Open focus.com has done extensive brainwave research investigating both frequency and synchrony across the brain.  The book provides guided meditations specifically designed to elicite synchronous alpha. The technique is similar to zazen or open monitoring meditation. The meditator can feel the brain settle into a state of stilled awareness which corresponds to changes in brainwave states. A description of this in zen is "frog waits for fly" - broad attentional awareness, relaxed, still, often thoughtless. One can also stimulate more alpha by taking GABA or other related nootropics, and this again has a feeling like many drugs. The correspondence to changes in brainwave state can be confirmed with an EEG device, the cheapest of which is neurosky. There is a powerful android app which will display all frequency channels.  The neurosky also includes games for biofeedback learning of how to shift brainwave states up (focused, tense) and down (unfocused, resting). The ability to invoke / sense the changing states comes with the ability to control the games.Advanced meditators in metta meditation often produce gamma/concentrated waves. I have limited experience with this and EEG but there is a feeling in metta where the mind can become intensely, singly focused on itself and this good feeling.  Now I'll have to go try that some more.

How does hypnosis actually cause physical changes?

Hypnosis is a means of clearing the mind and focusing on an idea or other thought so completely that it becomes embedded in your subconscious, and readily available when needed.
People who can focus well already can make best use of hypnosis, such as people who can become SO involved in reading a good book that they lose track of time and things going on around them. People who do not have a good amount of concentration will not get results.
A hypnotist will help you with progressive relaxation techniques, such as tightening and then relaxing your muscles, and then, when you have your mind clear, give the suggestion many times over.
If you ask to "see yourself thinner", obviously, that is all that you may get out of it. If you ask to "at very meal: Eat healthy foods in healthy portions to get to a healthy weight", you may get results. Or, "I am a non-smoker" is better than "I will try to quit smoking".
I used hypnosis to quit smoking and it was a big help, because I "knew" that a cigarette would not help my withdrawal symptoms because "I am a nonsmoker". It was just like having the flu for a while.
