Does The Federal Income Tax Withholding Law Require All Employment Data To Be Kept Permentaly

Does a misdemeanor go away? How long does it take?

How long do you have to list it might be a better question. They don't go away. After a certain period of time they are simply not relevant. A misdemeanor a year ago is certainly more ‘serious' than that exact same misdemeanor ten years ago.How long does it need to keep being brought up? That depends on a particular job and its requirements and how the question is asked. But it's always there unless dismissed or expunged or pardoned if someone wants to dig that far and deep into the past.

Japanese Internment Camp Research help, please??

Hello, I may need alittle help on a research project on Japanese Internment Camps. I just need some good research sites where I can find some good info on this topic that is easy to read. Unfortunately, I also have to make a bibliography for the websites I researched at. It has to contain:

Name of website. Editor/Author. Date edited. Name of Organization. Date of access. Web address.

I would really appreciate your help. Because I really don't know why the hell my ENGLISH II teacher has to give us a project like this that involves difficult research...

So remember, I need some good websites on research on Japanese Interment Camps that contained the information for the bibliography example I showed above.

*If it doesn't have anything unimportant on it like, Date of access or Editor/Author, its ok ^_^

THANKS:)

When do you start paying taxes for the first time?

Obviously this depends on the country you're in, and also on what kind of taxes you're referring to. You pay sales tax/VAT whenever you buy something (simplified -- not all goods are subject to sales tax, even if your location has one)In the US:You start paying payroll taxes as soon as you have any income (as employee; if you're self-employed you pay them ("self-employment tax") when you have more than $200 in annual income) and pay income tax whenever you're above the exemption limit (for federal taxes, that's typically $10,000 but depends on a few factors)All of this is independent of age, in case that's what you were wondering.

Do people that are in the US illegally (like 21 Savage) pay taxes on their income? Does 21 Savage pay income taxes?

Illegal immigrants are liable for income taxes, and can file and pay them under an ITIN. That information is not passed to USCIS or ICE.This works fine for non-wage income. Where it gets weird is an illegal immigrant is working for regular wages. To receive a W2 you need a social security number. Its possible for people who are not citizens or permanent residents to receive a social security number, but it requires USCIS authorization to use it, which of course an illegal immigrant won’t have.So typically an illegal immigrant will work under someone else’s SSN. That’s illegal, for course. But the IRS kind of accomodates it. You can file under an ITIN and report income earned under multiple social security numbers unrelated to the ITIN, and again that information isn’t shared with the immigration agencies. The IRS wants people to comply with tax laws. It doesn’t care about anything else. But the social security administration doesn’t have any equivalent accomodations. FICA withholding under someone else’s SSN goes to the owner of the SSN, so illegal immigrants are never able to benefit from those payments. For someone like 21 Savage - most of his income will be 1099 income, not regular wages, and he can report it under an ITIN and pay self employment taxes without any need to worry about social security numbers.
