Does The Nj Teaching Certification Application Only Asks For Convictions Does It Ask About

I am an Ex-Con in New Jersey, hunting/fishing licenses?

I was convicted for robbery/burglary with a firearm, home invasion with a victim. I was sentenced to 7 years with 85% plus 5 years parole disqualifier in 2001. I was released in 2007 and completed my parole. I am out of the system and living a legal life, work, school, kids and wife.
I want to hunt small game with bow and arrow or pellet air guns. I found that air guns are now legal in New Jersey for small game. I also want to go fishing, but all of this is all new to me and I have no idea how to go about getting proper licenses or even if I can.
What kind if licenses can I get and how? What kinds of weapons am I allowed to own with my conviction?

How long does it take to become an auxiliary police officer?

How long it takes to become an auxiliary police officer depends on the police department. Requirements to become an officer vary and how you become an officers varies. Requirements are often the same as full-time officers. Visit the websites of the police departments that you might be interested in working for. Police department websites often provide information about their applicant requirements, about how to apply, and about their hiring process. Some relatively common minimum requirements include having at least a high school diploma or ged, being a citizen, being at least 21 years old, having a valid driver's license, and having no felony convictions. Some relatively common steps in hiring processes include application, written test, physical fitness test, interview, drug test, medical examination, and background investigation. Departments usually have many qualified applicants. Do whatever you can to make yourself the best candidate that you can. Best of luck!

I got a summon for passing a school bus in NJ and now i have to go to court help!?

In NJ, you have a provisional driver's license. this means if you get stopped two or more times and are issued summonses with more than 4 pts in the first TWO YEARS as a probationary driver, your license will be suspended and you will have to take a special course through the MVC to get it reinstated (PDP program, it costs $150 and is an in-classroom program). If suspended, the fee for reinstatement when all requirements are met is $150.00.

As for passing a school bus, a violation to Title 39:4-128.1 carries a minimum penalty of $100. This does not include any fees for court costs ($33.00 currently) and any other add-ons. The law also provides that you can be sentences to up to 15 days in jail (which almost never happens). This summons also carries FIVE (5) points.

If convicted of violating 39:4-128.1, you may have your license suspended because of the points. I recommend you contact an NJ-based attorney with experience in these matters. An attorney may be able to help you avoid these stiff penalties. Only an attorney who is fully familiar with your specific facts and circumstances can give you legal advice.
