Does The Tea Party Know How Much A Decent Babysitter Costs These Days

Fun places to take my two year old on rainy days?

I'm a stay at home mom with a two year old daughter. Most days her and I either go to the local park or if it's too hot we go to a little water park. Where can we go on rainy days that's fun for her age and also FREE?

How do I get my sister in law to baby sit?

My sister in law hasn't refused to babysit lately, she's just been avoiding me. She was willing up until a few months ago, but then around Christmas she dropped me like a hot potato. That coincided with the announcement of my third pregnancy. It was completely unplanned and I was really counting on her to help me. I work mostly full-time, but my brother takes care of her so she doesn't work at all, besides cleaning her little house. Every time I call her she's out. I resorted to calling my brother and asking him to ask her. He just told me to lay off!? He says she's not feeling well. Her grandparents are ill, but they're really really old and she used them as an excuse to duck out of all three of my baby showers. I think she might be upset that I didn't let her throw me one but her house is too small to hold even one third of the guests that were coming. My husbands side of the family is huge and they never miss an excuse to get together. She seemed to understand. But then she ditched my celebrations, including my twins sixth birthday. Then she sent gifts that were not on the registry to both my twins birthday and to my baby showers. Agh, it's like she's trying to get under my skin. Now she has gotten rid of her answering machine so I can't leave messages. I tried just dropping the kids off, but she wasn't home, meaning she wouldnt answer her door. I just heard that she's going back to school, but that will only be two days a week. How do I make her realize that she has obligations by marrying into my family? Two days a week at school means she could still watch the twins in the afternoons and the baby all day on the days she is off. I'm so put off by her attitude. This is her family and she needs to help! She has all day to do whatever she wants but won't help me at all. I've been forced to leave them with my other sister in law a couple of times and she's just not as responsible and the kids don't get their homework done with her, she also let's them eat sugared foods. I don't have the option of not working, my husband still has major student loan debt and a free babysitter was the only way we were getting by. HELP.

I stole food from the people i babysit for...?

Tonight when i was at the house for the family I nanny for i stole out of thier pantry. I'm 19 and she hasn't set a regular time to pay me yet so i literally have no food at my house. They on the other hand are well off on food and their fridge is well stocked and although they have plenty of food they ususally grab restraunt food after school and work, so money isnt a issue with them.

I stole two packs of ramen noodles, some ritz crackers, and a can of corn. Really the cheapest things out of their pantry. I didn't go for all the snacks and really good things.

I would NEVER steal money (and they always have plenty sitting around) , or anything else.

But i feel really bad for stealing some of their food. I literally don't have money to buy any nor to hardly pay my bills. This nanny job, although i love the kids, was only taken because my town is hit hard by the recession and no one is really hiring.

I feel incredibly guilty. But i don't think i can talk to her about this. Has anyone been in this situation rather it be the babysitter or the person that hired the babysitter? What did you do.

What's better: cash back or thank you points?

I'm looking into getting a credit card and there's so many options! So I was wondering, what's better? Getting one "thank you" point per dollar spent or getting 1-2% cash back on certain items?
Thanks!

Let us plan and open a tea stall in-front of IT park or any busy road.Capital required:Cooking stove - Rs. 1500Four plastic chairs - 300 x 4 = 1200Minimum vessels - 2000Stall Charges - 15,000Total capital invested = 19,700 rounded to 20,000Monthly costs:Let us assume on an average seller sells 250 cups of tea for 28 days. Each cup contains 90ml of tea, which includes 30ml milk, 60ml water, 3 grams of sugar, 3 grams of tea leaves. Cost of milk per litre is 35, cost of sugar per kg is 40, cost of tea leaves per kg is 180Milk per month - 30ml x 250 x 28 = 210 ltrs -> Rs. 7350Water - As of now in India, it’s freeSugar - 3gms x 250 x 28 = 21 kg -> Rs. 840Tea leaves - 3 x 250 x 28 = 21 kg -> Rs. 3780Monthly operating costs = Rs. 8,000 (Rent, cost of gas, out of the pocket expense-You know what I mean)Total operating cost per month = Rs. 19,970 rounded to 20,000If cost of tea is Rs.8 per cup, per month revenue would be 56,000Gross profit would be Revenue - Operating cost = Rs. 36,000Rs. 36,000 per month as a profit by selling ‘Only tea’.Remember capital invested is just Rs. 20,000Bonus point: In a tea shop coffee is also available.
