I am having the same issue…i think…and this is a stab at it..that person became very angry and blocked out of anger, inpulse, to get even, punish you and to get away from the thought of you…then their anger subsided…then curiosity grew, they unblock u to see what you have been doing, have you posted about them, did you find someone knew..they are over the argument and curiosity took over..if they wetent interested deep down they wouldnt be curious…it opens communication and they are either ok, they got the point, they wont message me and i can freely snoop on their page… ok they got the point, if they message again, ill block again or …geez i over reacted, i miss them, i secretly hope they message me, but i have too much pride to do it first

Wen u check ur contact list of IMO and u CNT find his/her name it might mean DAT he might have blocked u or stopped using IMO. Usually, with SMS text messages, the block feature on most phones doesn't really “block” who ever's incoming text messages..“Ignore” would be a better fitting name for the feature.And it's also very phone dependent.When you block someone, on most phones, that will just send their calls straight to the voice mail.. Incoming text messages will still go through..New phones though, will actually block the incoming text messages.. Although, like I said, it's not really blocking. The text message is sent.. So it has done its rounds through the network. Then, when it reaches the phone, the phone will recognize that the incoming message is from someone that is blocked. So it will not set off the notification ring tone, and it might even delete it..It's a fake block..More of a filter than a block.Anyways. I hope that helps.
