Dortmund Vs Napoli Predictions. Match Of The Week For Me

Dortmund vs Napoli predictions. Match of the week for me?

Napoli-Dortmund, and that makes the score more difficult to predict really.

Dortmund have been on fire this season, but this will be a test. I will go for 2-1 Dortmund.

Who will win in Manchester City VS Monaco UEFA Champions League?

The first leg: Manchester City 2–2 Monaco. The second leg: Monaco 2–0 Manchester City. Monaco advances 4–2 on aggregate.Manchester City is frail at back four. John Stones is nowhere playing like his hefty £47.5M fee. Vincent Kompany, their captain, is injury-prone and will not play in the first leg. Claudio Bravo is completely out of form right now, while Joe Hart the guy he replaced is having a fine season himself at Torino FC. Manchester City are well off the league leaders, Chelsea, in the title race.Meanwhile, Monaco is leading the French league, which consists of the team that embarrassed FC Barcelona last week—PSG. Monaco has scored 76 league goals in only 26 league matches, by far the most in the top six football leagues in Europe, while only conceding 24. That’s a goal differential of +52.Monaco is dangerous up front, while City is frail in the back. Monaco is young, youthful, and quick, while City’s defense is old, mistake-prone, and out of form. Not to mention, other than last year, City has the burden of four straight years of Champions League failure (2011–15). Monaco, on the other hand, has the psychological advantage of beating English teams in recent years (Arsenal in 2015, Spurs this season). In addition, Monaco is under the radar, so they’re relatively unknown compared to City. The last time Monaco experienced Champions League success [and a surprise success, for that matter] in 2015, they immediately went on a selling spree during the summer. Four of their best players went to “bigger clubs” for hefty prices—Kondogbia (Inter), Kurzawa (PSG), Martial (Man U), and Carrasco (Atleti). While Monaco has been selling, City has been splashing cash at players left and right during the past two summers—Sterling, de Bruyne, Otamendi, Gundogan, John Stones, Nolito, Leroy Sane, Claudio Bravo, and Gabriel Jesus.Bottom line: City is the bigger name, receives more exposure, spends more money on their players, and plays in the “better” league. Therefore, they’re heavy favourites and they will underestimate Monaco. And that’s why I think Monaco is going to go through to the quarter-finals. City will go through that almost annual European disappointment, while Monaco will repeat its surprise success in 2015.

If Jose Mourinho quits or is sacked by Manchester United, which team should he manage next to restore his reputation in the game?

It seems from all indications that José Mourinho has lost his mojo in coaching and he still insists on using his outdated style to reinvent the wheels in modern day football.Maybe its the law of diminishing returns taking its toll on the “Special One”Mourinhi should go and coach Brighton and Hove Albion or maybe Huddersfield and take them to top 4 or 6.Then he would have revived his coaching career and be re-tagged the “Only Special One”Just kidding.Or probably go back to a top European coaching school(the very best) and get a new license with the latest coaching skills..Another joke from me.Seriously speaking, if Manchester united shows him the back door in December or Next season, then they are few options left for him to prove himself.PSG:The French ligue 1 is one that José Mourinho is yet to prove himself. If only he can help give them the UCL trophy the first season he takes the helms of affairs at the Parisian club, then Nou us back. With a pool of good and natural talented players, the Neymar-Mbappe-Cavani combination should be the worlds deadliest attack at the moment. They need a good coach to do it for them.Mourinho can prove doubters wrong by winning the crown the oil-rich club have been dying to have. But his antics won't leg him.His bloated ego will always come to play and destroy all he can do.And mind you his out of date coaching styles might see him loose the dressing room again.Think about the clashes with Neymar which is inevitable for Mourinho. He might even convert Mbappe to a defensive midfielder and lessen his speed and abilities.Bayern Munich:He is yet to experiment the Bundesliga.Bayern will be a natural destination for him.But I doubt the Bavarians will give him that audience he so desires.Juventus:No longer a stranger to Serie A, he could lead them to their first UCL trophy since 1996.But if Cristiano Ronaldo is still there, then his ego clash with CR7 would just destroy the club anyway. Conclusion:Maybe its Mourinho not aligning himself with the latest coaching tips and skills needed to succeed in the 21st century.Maybe he has forgotten that now, unlike before, the player is the king. Thanks for reading.Get more fromWelcome To FootballVirus | Football News, Fixtures, Scores, Results, Transfers And Predictions

What is your take on the UCL quarter final draw for 2017/18? What are your predictions about which team will progress to the semis? Which is the easiest and toughest fixture of all?

Thanks for the A2A!Finally the draws are out!!Let’s start with the two easy ones!Sevilla vs Bayern (Easy-peasy)Bayern is going to have an easy win.Barca vs Roma (You can’t get luckier than this)Winners? Is that even a question? Of course, Barca! Now, let’s come to the real ones!Liverpool vs City (The chances of an EPL club winning the UCL just got reduced! )It’s going to be a crazy, crazy match! Liverpool can definitely win this, I want them to, but it’s going to be very close.Had it not been for Liverpool, City could have become the Invincibles! The fab 4 turned into a trio; let’s see how much of a difference they make! Salah could be the missing link! For, me it’s going to be Liverpool!Juventus Vs Real (Road to semis couldn’t have been rockier!)Personally, I’m finding it difficult to come to terms with the fact that Juventus drew Real, it’s going to be a hell of a match! (I wish last year’s UCL final repeats itself!)I really want Real to win, but I see Juventus taking an edge over them with Dybala and Higuain on fire!As most of Juventus’ players are missing out on the world cup berth, they will be fired up for the UCL! The only game changer here could be the Cristiano factor!Aleggri’s Juventus or Zidane’s Real? It all boils down to, who’s more driven? As of now, I believe it’s going to be Juventus.Easiest ? Definitely, Barca vs Roma!Toughest && A Joy to watch? Hands down, Juventus vs Real!Lastly, what makes football so beautiful is the unpredictability! Let’s see what unfolds in the quarters!Vive le Football!
