How much does a half sleeve cost?

It depends.Do you want it done by someone with a well known name or someone still learning or somewhere in between?Colour? Complex gray work?Original art? What’s your skin like? What colour is it? Do you scar easily? How big is your arm? When I helped out with tattoo work, my hubby at the time had a partial sleeve done. This was 25+ years ago, and a full upper front arm was over 200 even with my discount and that I did some of it myself. But, the tattooist was a real professional and the work was amazing., I was allowed to do outline work only!Thisis a very different investment than thisor thisand then there is thisthisor thisFind someone with art you think is badass, ask them where they had it done, who did it, and then how much they invested. Then you will know about what yours might cost.

Is it illegal for a minor to vape if it contains no tobacco or nicotine?

In quite a few U.S. jurisdictions it’s illegal for anybody to vape in places where smoking is prohibited, regardless of nicotine content. And it’s illegal to sell e-cigarettes to minors. However, it’s not illegal for minors to vape in places where smoking is permitted. It doesn’t matter whether or not there’s nicotine in the product.

How much does it cost to fix a scratched bumper?

It really depends on the level of damage that has been done to the Base Coat (color layer) of the paint. It’s a Plastic Bumper… I’d clean it first, with soap & water, then probably use a polishing compound to remove any surface-scuff that has embedded into the clear-coat. Lightly sanding with some Scotch-Brite Pad to cut-down the clear-coat you’d be able to see if the Base Coat has been affected. Glazing Putty to fill any imperfections; prep sanding once dry, a few lite coats of matching color paint (masking-off, to prevent over-spray), more polishing, then clear-coat over the repaired area & blending with old paint surface.I would say 4 Hours of Labor/Waiting Time, $70 in Materials & an attention to detail is all it takes.Unfortunately, the vehicle owner will contact their insurance carrier & your Insurance Carrier will be made to pay whatever it is the Vehicle Owner Wants, regarding Repair, as it falls under Collision & You left an admission of guilt. Otherwise it would have fallen under Comprehensive Coverage & wouldn’t affect your Insurance Rates. When going through an Insurance Estimator, it could cost you anywhere from $500–$1200, instead of the Repair Cost I quoted above.
