Double Green Card Lottary Application How They Chec

Can my wife and I apply for the 2018 Green card lottery separately to increase our chances of winning it?

If you and your wife both meet the criteria, it may be possible to submit two separate applications to the Green Card Lottery during the annual registration period, which can basically double your chances of being selected as a Green Card Lottery winner. One application can be submitted to the Green Card Lottery with you as the main applicant and your spouse and all of your unmarried children under 21 years-old included in the application as derivatives. A separate application could also be sent to the Green Card Lottery with your spouse as the main applicant, while you and all of your unmarried children under 21 years-old would be included in the application as derivatives. If your application or your spouse’s application is selected in the Green Card Lottery, everyone included in the winning application will have the chance to apply for US immigration. The experts at the USAFIS Organization can let you and your spouse know whether your family qualifies to submit one application or two separate applications to the Green Card Lottery and can assist your family during the US immigration application procedure.

Am I eligible to enter for the US Green Card Lottery?

I think I meet all the requirements however I am unsure of one.

'Education/Training Requirements
To enter, an applicant must have EITHER:

A high school education or its equivalent, defined in the US as successful completion of a 12-year course of elementary and secondary education, OR..'

'What is the minimum age to participate in the US Green Card Lottery Program?
There is no minimum age, but there is the requirement to complete high school
or to have work experience. Thus, the program is designated for 18 year olds
and up.'

I am from the UK (Mother born in Northern Ireland) and I have completed High school. I have done 12 years of schooling however I completed High school when I was 16 (I gained GCSEs). I am now wanting to apply at 17, almost 18.

Does this mean that I meet the Education Requirements? Or would I need to complete a further 2 years of higher education?

Thank you if you bothered to read that!

If I win Green Card lottery, will I be able to take my family with me in the US?

Applicants who win the Diversity Visa lottery can extend that benefit to their spouses and children (who are under 21 years old and unmarried). These spouses and children are called "derivatives." In order for a spouse or child to get a diversity visa (an immigrant visa that leads to a U.S. green card), the person must have been listed on the primary applicant’s online State Department application. If you neglect to include a spouse or child, he or she will not be eligible for a visa. In fact, if you do not list your spouse and all children who are unmarried and under 21 at the time of your online diversity visa application, then you will be disqualified and everyone listed in the application will be denied visas at the time of the visa or green card interview. Any person listed on the application has the choice to remain behind. As an LPR (Green Card Holder)An LPR can petition immediately for:-Spouse / Unmarried son or daughterA spouse or a child under 21 years old would be in the F2A category, whilst an unmarried child 21 or over would be in the F2B category. There are waiting periods for these visas and the process is lengthier than the DV process. So – the LPR should anticipate around a 2 year process to obtain a Green Card for a new spouse or child under 21, longer if the child is over 21. Check the latest visa bulletin to see category preference dates. After gaining citizenshipAfter 5 years (3 if married to a US citizen) an LPR can apply for citizenship. Doing so opens up more possibilities for sponsoring family members. A citizen can petition for:Spouse / Son or daughter / Parent / Brother or sisterA citizen can sponsor an “immediate relative” (spouse, unmarried child under 21, and parents, if the citizen is over 21) with no waiting period. For other relatives, the relative would be placed in line according to the following categories.Unmarried Sons and Daughters of U.S. Citizens (F1 around 7 years wait, more for Mexico and Philippines)Married Sons and Daughters of U.S. Citizens (F3 – currently around 11 year wait)Brothers and sisters (F4 – currently around 12 year wait)

Find The Canter of Mass? Applications of Double integrals?

Center of mass, R is given by:

R = [ ∫ ρ(r) r dV] / [ ∫ ρ(r) dV]

Here (x²+y²) = r², so that the lamina is enclosed
within

r = 1 and r = sqrt(2y)

The above conditions form the limits of the integration.

The density is inversely proportional to its distance from the origin; hence

ρ(r) = 1/r

Hence, R = [ ∫ dr ∫dθ] / [ ∫ (1/r) dr ∫dθ]

= ∫ dr / ∫ (1/r) dr

How do I win the U.S. green card lottery (DV)? What do I need to know?

The only way to win the green card lottery is to register a complete and accurate entry during the annual entry window (which runs each year from early October to early November, although the exact dates vary from year to year), and then get lucky. It is a wholly random draw and there is nothing you can do to make your entry more likely to be selected. There are, of course, many things you can do that will prevent you from winning. These include registering for the lottery more than once in the same year, and making any false statements in your registration (including things such as failing to include a spouse or any children, misrepresenting your nation of birth, or misrepresenting whether you meet the basic qualifications). And, obviously, if you enter the lottery but you are not born in (or otherwise chargeable to) an eligible country, you will not be selected. You can only enter the Diversity Lottery during the annual window in the fall, typically about one month starting on or about October 1. It is literally impossible to make an entry at any other time not during the annual window. Anyone who offers to submit an entry for you at some other time is likely scamming you, as is anybody who offers to enter you into the lottery for a fee or who offers to “improve your chances” in exchange for a fee. Entering the lottery is free; anyone who charges you a fee is doing so only for their own benefit.

How much do I need to pay for green card lottery (DV)? Is it free?

Nothing. It's free to enter and is actually an official Government program. It is simple and anyone offering to do this for you is in my opinion stealing your money and praying on the uninformed. All you do is register on the official website in Oct/Nov of each year and then check back the following year in May. The entry process asks a few basic questions about you like, name, country of birth, age, etc. Once entered you get a code with which to check back and see if you won.Having said this, if you do win then you go through an official process to get a green card and that is when there are fees involved. In my opinion it's well worth it!!!Here is the link to the official site. Good luck!!! I have been trying for about 6 years. Friends of mine won it though so it is legit!Electronic Diversity VisaThey open in October again around the 6th.

What counts as a double entry in the DV 2010 lottery?

I am applying for my sister for the DV 2010 lottery. I know if you apply more then once, you are automatically disqualified from the lottery.

I was wondering if I enter once with my sister and her husband as a spouse and then my brother in law and my sister as the spouse...would it count as a double entry and disqualify me?

Can I apply for green card twice if I have two citizenship of two different countries? Would that be eligible, or they have a face/name/identity detection algorithm somehow?

You will need to declare your other application, regardless of face identification, they also take your fingerprints and your name is subject to an FBI identity checkEven if you get through the fact that you failed to declare your other application means your 2nd application contains a falsehood and if detected your Green card becomes invalid, even if you've become a citizen that too could become invalid

How easy is it to get a green card?

Ways to get his green card (LPR status).

1) A legitimate marriage to a U.S. citizen (and yes they check very closely to make sure it is a real marriage).

2) Diversity Visa Lottery (odds are against you but couldn't hurt to apply). Not all countries are eligible so check to see if he qualifies.

3) If you have a sibling, parent or adult child (age 21 or over) who is a U.S. citizen, They can sponsor you but it takes anywhere from 1-16 years.

4)Employment sponsorship but it's hard to find them but who knows you may luck out and find one.

Do not apply for asylum even if you have a strong case for persecution because most are denied and put into deportation proceedings.

Also when you speak to an immigration lawyer, double check eveyrthing they tell you online because many are not good at their job.

Remember, if you overstay your visa or entered without a visa, marriage is your only option (exception being people who entered with a visa and have a U.S. citizen child who is at least 21 years old and can afford to support them).

Why does DV lottery eliminate duplicates?

I remember the first Green Card lottery. I happened to be passing through Washington DC the evening that it closed, and I had agreed to drop off an application for someone at the post office in - I forget, Richmond VA I think - that had the destination PO box. That was the idea, but it didn't happen. I couldn't get near the place. So many people had the same idea that the streets were closed for a mile around it. People were trying to stuff the boxes with thousands of identical applications. They showed up with great sacks of them and the post office staff couldn't handle the volume. I never managed to get within sight of the post office, and my friend's application went in the trash instead after the deadline passed. The following year, the ban on duplicates went into effect. Now, another anecdote. Three or four years later I was chatting with an attorney in Orlando, Florida. Somehow the conversation drifted to immigration, and he mentioned another large firm in the city, that specialized in immigration and visas. This firm, he said, put in about 125 Green Card Lottery applications the previous year, and won more than 110 of them. Given that the odds against any one application were greater than 10:1, the odds against winning 110 out of 125 in a fair draw were greater than the number of elementary particles in the universe. It could not happen."Please remember that my goal is to find the solution so that participants don't suffer or lose their chances without real fault."Don't be naive. Unless they have connections, they already don't have a chance.
