What are some funky 80's songs similar to Aha's “Take on Me” or Mick Jagger’s “Dancing in the Street”?
Basically you want some upbeat danceable 80s pop. I don’t suppose for one second you’ll actually follow any of these up, but actually, in trawling through my collection for suitable songs, I was reminded that there were some great songs in that era. So do yourself a favour…(I’ve even saved you the bother of looking them all up - just click here for the complete video playlist: Upbeat Danceable 80s Pop - YouTube)Funky Town - Lipps Inc (or Pseudo Echo in Australia)The Politics of Dancing - Re-FlexGirls on Film - Duran DuranThere’s More To Love Than Boy Meets Girl - CommunardsDuel - PropagandaBizarre Love Triangle - New OrderWalk Like An Egyptian - BanglesIko Iko - NatashaI Eat Cannibals - Toto CoeloDo You Want Crying? - Katrina and the WavesBlind Vision - BlancmangeMajor Tom - Peter SchillingSmalltown Boy - Bronski BeatLet’s Dance - David BowieSometimes - ErasureLove Is A Stranger - EurythmicsMarliese - Fischer ZOpen Your Heart - The Human LeagueLooking For Clues - Robert PalmerWhat’s Wrong With Dreaming? - River City PeopleI Don’t Want A Lover - TexasTorch - Soft CellThe Voice - UltravoxWhite Hot Day - Simple MindsSame Old Scene - Roxy MusicBrilliant Shining - Skin GamesSledgehammer - Peter GabrielThe Chinese Way - Level 42Yé ké Yé ké - Mory Kante

What are some good rock parody albums?
Three come to mind:The Rutles: The original Fab Faux, The Rutles' album was just part of a long-standing and brilliant parody featuring spot-on graphic design and fake-documentary filmmaking. Spinal Tap, This is Spinal Tap:(Yes, that is the cover. None more black.) With songs titled "Tonight I'm Gonna Rock You Tonight" and "Sex Farm" you know what you are getting. A fitting aural counterpart to the brilliant movie. Beatallica, Sgt. Hetfield's Motorbreath Pub Band:They later wore out the joke, but this first full-length from the Beatles-Metallica mashup is hilarious from the titles ("Blackened the USSR", "..And Justice for All My Loving") to the dead-on James Hetfield vocal style.
What are some of the greatest trance music tracks based on Shiva?
I’ve been a great admirer of lord shiv and I am just glad I have my own ways to enjoy life getting high, thanks to devotees of lord shiva who have contributed (still doing) to make new ways to achieve nirvana.I am listing down few of the melodies which I admire and listen to as I get into my own “chroma” part of life and I just feel I am somewhere else(same as above, with different beats)Listen to this and you will be blasting away in airWhile these are just the bests, I also found a dedicated girl who extracted good pieces of music of shiv from a national TV series: Devo ke dev Mahadev . You can listen to her playlist at Devon Ke Dev Mahadev SoundtracksFew are my favoruties from her list:5.6.7.8.Apart from this, I want you to listen to some good music from Krishna Das, who is one of top notch in this field. Have fun!! BAM BHOLE!!
