Error Message: As long as this page is open your copy/paste functionality has been disabled.?
All of a sudden I'm getting this error message whenever I try to copy and paste. First it was just in Microsoft Excel, but it turns out it's in my e-mail and everything. I'm running Windows XP Professional. I haven't changed any of my settings. Anyone have any ideas how this happened or how to fix it?
If I get the error message "This webpage is not available", is it possible it is being blocked?
I share a computer and recently all adult sites are giving the message "This web page is not available", which is the exact same message you get when you input an invalid address. It's as if there is a "net nanny" style program which is convincing my browser that adult site domains do not exist or that they are all simultaneously "down". I've never encountered something like this before, and I suspect someone has done so intentionally, as it is too big a coincidence for all adult sites to be "down" at the same time. Any ideas?

How can I stop this: "Message from webpage" [object error]?
At various websites I keep getting a small pop-up that says "Message from webpage" [Object error] After this happens my Internet Explorer completely freezes and I have to close it. It only happens at specific sites all-the-time. I've tried hundreds of things such as resetting IE, re-installing IE8 and IE9, manage/block add-ons, disabling script debuggings, scan for viruses, etc. but nothing seems to be detected/work. I also noticed when this happens Windows Task Manager shows that I have TWO IE9 tasks going at the same time (?). Kinda weird. I don't have any problems like this with Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox so I'm thinking it must be a problem with IE. If anybody has any ideas on how to stop this please let me know. Thanks!

I researched the NEC troubleshooting page for display icons and alarm messages.
