Have you ever been caught reading yaoi?
If so then what happened and how did you feel? And do your friends know that you like yaoi? My friends actually do know that I like yaoi and I made one of them a fellow fangirl ^^ I just kind of brought up the subject explained what it was,showed some pictures,and showed them a graphic One-shot I wrote about some of my OCs and they were all cool with it they said that everyone has their own fetishes and likings (though what no one knows is that I also enjoy yuri :p)
Ever been caught reading/watching/ drawing yaoi?
I say drawing because it happened to me. I was sitting at my desk in my bedroom doodling on a piece of paper. Just happens I was drawing a yaoi kiss. (Not any hardcore smexy stuff, but no shirts and they were french kissing) So, I'm just sitting there minding my own business, drawing yaoi... When my little sister runs into my bedroom. i dont have a lock on my door. She walks to my desk and looks at what in drawing. She knew who the characters were though, (they don't come from a yaoi anime) so she's like, "wait I don't get it why are they kissing?" I scream at her and chase her out of my bedroom. Aren't I a nice big sister? Btw my little sister is 8. Luckily, she's pretty awesome (sometimes) and didnt tell my mother. Also, one other time I wa watching an anime and my mom came and sat on the couch next to me (there was no smexy scenes tho) but she did say, "are all the characters guys in this show?" I feel myself growing hot an reply "umm... No, there's girls in it..." She's like, "I haven't seen an girls. I don't like it very much that they're mostly guys." I laugh nervously. XD. You have any stories like this?

Have you ever been caught watching/Reading Yaoi! (by parents or siblings)?
I was caught yesterday and that's why i am asking this question! Yesterday i was watching Okane No Gai, and I totally skipped to the hard stuff *Cue nose bleed*. I thought I was home alone because I just got home and usually my parents are home, and when I got home they didn't say anything to me so i thought they weren't there. So of course I played it with the Volume up. I started hearing footsteps and I thought it was my sister so i kept playing it since sometimes she's home. But then my mom barged in yelling! "PORN! YOU JUST HAVE TO WATCH PORN OUT OF ALL THE GROSS THINGS IN THE WORLD, BLOODY GOREY CRAP INCLUDED, YOU HAVE TO BE WATCHING PORN!" Of course my mom was fuming, totally flipping ****, my dad of course just wanted to laugh at what she just said (he told me today he wanted to laugh xD) but he stayed serious because of the situation. So my mom grabbed my lap top away from me and saw a climax scene xD. So i grabbed it back and shut off my lap top, then she screamed. "It's gay! You're GAY" (doesn't make sense since im a guy.... watching 2 guys.... so... hmmm...). Then my dad goes calmly: "Are you kiddin' did you hear that moan, that was totally a girl! And it looks so girly" My dad shook his head. "Fine... but its still wrong... Even if it was a girl... I'll talk to you later" my mom walks out shaking her disappointed (she did lecture me later though *rolls eyes*) After my mom left my dad stayed, I thought he was going to yell at me or something but all he said was, "That was a boy, I just thought explaining straight porn might have been easier to explain" he actually chuckled xD. He joked with me today about it to xD Has anyone ever caught you? If yes: What is the story, or at least their reaction. If no: What would you do if they caught you?
13 year old girl caught reading yaoi manga, what should I do?
Coincidentally, I only just learned about this kind of Manga. The fact of the matter is that young men fantasize often about two women having sexual relations, and so it is hardly unreasonable to judge it any more negatively to acknowledge heterosexual female fantasies of gay relationships between men. The truth is that sexuality, when expressed healthily between two consenting partners, is one of the most beautiful and erotic sights one can see. To enforce strict gender identities and heteronormative constructs upon a part of us, that is not meant to be so artificially tethered by outside forces, is to reduce the element of sexuality to a base perversion at its best. Human sexuality is meant to be explored, not bottled up. We condemn Victorian society for that kind of treatment, but then do exactly the same. I promise you that no Victorian ever held a purity ball or wore opal promise rings. I would make it more of a habit to do what she says when she says it, instead of fighting her over it, and if you can, try to preempt her requests. That way, by being so responsible and considerate, she will not think that your interest in Yaoi comes from being bad in some way. Also, make it a habit to put away your books, and close out of skype when you have to do something else. That's just generally a smart idea, because it will keep your privacy. As for your room, just keep it clean, and neat, and leave the door ajar when you aren't there. That way, she knows the place is clean and ventilated, and that you aren't trying to hide anything. You can find places to put private things, like a storage box, or a shoebox. Most parents try to respect that as you come in to adulthood, you'll want some parts of your life to be private from them.
Is it bad to read yaoi?
i was at my friends house, and she said i could get on her computer while she was in the shower but not to close her tabs. i agreed, but when i asked her why, she said to read it for myself. i did, and it was uh..yaoi fanfiction stuff. she's the sweetest person i know, and she would NEVER intentionally do anything bad, but this stuff seemed like porn (wait, IS yaoi porn? o.o)...like, seriously the rating was 17+. and we're 13. i asked her about it when we were playing n+ later on, and she said she read it 'for the love', but most of it was sex haha..she's my best friend, so even if it is bad, i'm gonna hang out with her and be there for her, but i wanna help her if it's something that she shouldn't be looking at. is it bad? and if it is, how can i help her?
