Mail Engineering has investigated and resolved an issue where a small subset of Mail users were getting a "Server Hangup" error when performing basic functions such as opening emails, replying to emails, printing emails, and other actions in the Basic version of Yahoo! Mail in their Web browser. How do I stop mail from creating drafts of messages sent and repopulating my draft folder?
It has been doing this since the last "upgrade". I create a message often a response to a blind craigslist ad and I send the message. Then for the next several days every time I access mail it has a draft of a message with no content sitting in the draft folder addressed to that same email. If I don't delete them it just keeps creating more and I can have a few sitting in the drafts folder waiting for me to send. It seems to create one every time I refresh if I am waiting for a new mail . Very annoying, I had to open a new account with another

Do not use the "file > print" or "file > print preview" menus. Select "print message" on the "actions" menu and a window will open with a preview. A link at the top of the window will print it. ℬ ℋ

Every time I unlock my Android phone, it opens Google Chrome all by itself, and thus more tabs open every time. Is this a virus?
I had the same problem. I tried youtube videos, blogs, articles, etc but nothing worked. I even deleted all my social media apps, documents, yet nothing changed. Frustrating much. However, i noticed something suspicious in settings, a blank app. This app may appear different in settings for different android phones. My phone is a galaxy note5 . I had recently downloaded some documents online and i strongly believed this was the cause of my trouble. Though i had downloaded other application from unknown sources before, that was not the problem. The application where working fine. Even after deleting them, i still had the problem so i knew it was the documents i installed.let's get right to It! (NB: these steps may be more precise for note5 /galaxy users, however, the possiblity for great results using other devices is of average effect. I only did this for my phone and yes it's worth the try. I do hope these steps help :) )Go to settingsSelect App or Application managementScroll to end of all the apps, until you see a blank app (usually has no name to identity the app but have the amount a MB used. For eg: 23.08 MB )Click on the app. This will take you to a page with info. about the app. Select uninstall at the top left corner of your screen, followed by OKPROBLEM SOLVED!(You can restart your phone if you wish.. this step is optional. I only did it to refresh my phone ).
My email keeps freezing. Why?
I can only open one or two emails at a time then my screen freezes and I have to log out then back in to open another one or two. Also I can not get to older emails more than 45 to 60 days old, even when the screen doesn't freeze I can click on an email a dozen or more times and nothing happens. Help!
My laptop is getting stuck after using it for a few minutes. What can I do?
Many possible reasons:1.) Virus or other kinds of malware.2.) Programs running in the background.3.) Or one just specific startup program which is hijacking the computer resources.This is what I will do.If you have not been able to identify the program (which might be causing this) following what Anonymous has suggested...1.) Run the system in safe mode and check it's performance. If the problem persists, do a boot scan with a good virus scanner like Avast (available for free). If the problem still continues then there could be a problem.2.) If in safe mode the computer is running fine. Then run a virus scan (no need if you have already run a boot scan). Go to startup items configuration file (Go to Run, type in msconfig). In the mscofig window, click on services tab, at the bottom check the "Hide all microsoft services". This hides the microsoft services from the window. Then uncheck or disable all the remaining services. Click on Startup tab at the top of the window. Disable or uncheck all the programs listed. Save and restart. If the problem is resolved. then you can one by one enable the startup programs and services till you isolate which one is the cause.3.) Run a chkdsk c: /f/r in command window. It might take a while if the hard drive is pretty huge.4.) If it is still not working. Try to do a system restore.5.) If that also fails, then no other option but a reinstallation.Hope this helps.
