Everything I Want I Have Rap Song

How do I begin writing a rap song?

I am not a rapper but in my music studies and personal songwriting experience, I have picked up a few pointers that might useful for you.The basic needs are drums, electric bass, a confident voice, and a good sense of humanity and humor. You need to share an experience or tell a story. You don’t need all the toys at once. You can get into the mechanics of the performance as you move forward.Think of a concept. It can be an experience, an event or a tricky situation. Write everything down on paper. Include chuckles, gripes and groans and surges of success. Make your writing in four line sections. Make four sections of four-line verses. Next, read your lines out loud. You don’t need an audience for this part. Recite the words as if you were speaking to someone. Let the flow of the words define the rhythm of the tune. Use comma’s, exclamation points, question marks, and anything else that comes to mind. Remember that you are creating art.Don’t over edit your writing. As a writer, you will make many changes. Read everything you have written and talk your way through it. Find the rhythm in each four-line set. You should have a good outline of the story. Tap your feet to keep time and the words, the rhythm of the words will find their beat. This part is about putting some basic forces together. You wrote, read out loud, and found some rhythm. Now you should have some fun with it. Play at your words, speak strongly as needed, find the rhythm of your song.Write five or six tunes in the same manner. Make them all unique but leave your stamp on them. Now it’s time to loosen up. Find some people who want to experiment with you. Many musicians are looking for something to do. Once you can come up with tunes that touch people, you may find other people to join in.That is where the drums, bass and, the voice come in (your own and some friends to fill out the sound). Do not get discouraged if things don’t fall into place quickly. Get to know your players and the intentions of your music. A slow start is better than no start. Keep at it and you will succeed.P.S. Keyboards and maybe a horn or two might give things a push.Good luck!

What's the name of the rap song in the movie 'Independence Day' as the first ship arrives at New York?

If you tried and tried, possibly it's not a famous song, maybe some kid made it just for the movie hoping it was his big break, and it wasn't or maybe he's famous now... but that song was lost in the sauce..

Did you try looking in the credits towards the end, the list all the songs, the artists, the record companies, pretty much everything and anything you want or need to know. If you don't see a title that looks like your song, then download them all lol.
