Everything You Can Tell Me About A

Can you tell me why I hate everything?

Cause there really isn't anything to not hate.

Please tell me everything you know about leukemia AND what are the chances of beating it? for good?

There are 2 types, chronic and acute.

Chronic kills the victim slowly while the acute does the work faster.

However, most leukemia can be cured these days thanks to advanced technology. Treatment really depends on the types that is being diagnosed with. There are lymphoma, myeloid, and lymphoblastic; these again can be either acute or chronic.

The first thing is to look at the blood film results, if there are suspicious cells, the doctor may advice for a bone marrow aspiration - which is a procedure to get a sample from bone marrow for further analysis. The result from bone marrow are 100% accurate, so if the doctor doesn't suggest for a bone marrow analysis then there is nothing really to worry about.

Leukemia patients often succumb to infections because their immune system will be low during and after chemotherapy. There are medications to prevent and cure infections, but the patients must take good care of themselves as well.

Every treatment is tailor-made for the patient and the doctor should be able to discuss this in detail with the patient. More often a bone marrow transplant are found to be the most effective cure. If the doctor is not disclosing the information to the patient or the family, then I think you are at the wrong hospital.

I always believe everything happens for a reason, which is why I feel if someone is diagnosed with critical illness, accept the fact and get through it with strong prayers, and positive energy. God will not let anyone who believes Him down.

Can you please tell me everything you know about lenin?

Lenin was the leader of the Bolshevik faction of the Russian Social and Democratic Labour Party, which later became the Bolshevik party. He led the October Revolution in Russia, becoming the first communist leader of the USSR.

Lenin was a Marxist, so his ideas were based on the ideas of Karl Marx. These ideas include the notion that the workers should own the means of production, that the employers exploit the workers, that history can be viewed as a progression of the relationship between people and capital (money & finance) - from feudalism to capitalism then socialism and finally communism and that each stage is "inevitable".
Lenin's main contribution to the development of Marxist ideas was to claim that stages of history could be "telescoped". He argued that because Russia had had a capitalist, bourgeois government from March to October 1917 then that would count as the capitalist stage, and that the Russian workers, through their vanguard - the Communist Party, were able to rapidly progress towards the socialist stage of development.

BTW - Trotsky was assassinated on Stalin's orders.
HCM makes a very valid point.

Can you please tell me anything and everything you know about lymphedema?

Hi Kasi, I'm Tina, and I'm an ask the expert panelist on lymphedema. You can see on my profile my associations etc.

Yes, you can get compression stockings in any color or pattern you want, Lymphediva's is the fashion place to go to for what you want.

I hope your doctor has referred you for combined decongestive therapy, that's the gold standard treatment for lymphedema especially when it first shows up and with your age, you're a prime candidate for it
A therapist would work on you similiar to a massage but it's specialized and what happens is the therapist pushes the fluid out manually to get you to the most normal size as possible, then you wear the compression to keep it the smallest. The therapist would teach you how to do the bodywork yourself.

I've had lymphedema for 13 years. My foot/leg stays normal most all the time without the stocking because I do the bodywork 4 times a day, you can possibly get to that point.

Lymphedema is broken down into 2 words. Lymph which is the colorless to milky colored fluid in your body. Edema, which means swelling. Lymphedema occurs when fluids build up in the soft tissues of the body. Lymphedema is pronounced: Lim-fee-dee-ma. It can be spelled a variety of ways such as lymphoedema, lymphadema, etc. All the various spellings mean the same condition.

http://www.lymphland.com/ is my website and you can read about anything and everything you ever wanted to know about lymphedema there. There is also a button on the front page to join my support group if you are interested. Please feel free to contact me through the website so it comes directly to my email if you have any questions or concerns.

If you could tell your ex one last thing, what would you say?

I am really thankful to you for teaching me some of the finest lessons of my life. You taught me how great I look. It was you who made me feel wonderful. After meeting you I realised that “Beauty is not how you look. It's about how you represent yourself.”It was the relationship with you that taught me that sex is not a necessity in any relationship. Your relationship can survive without even hugs. We never hugged or kissed each other, still we were together. It was you who taught me that looking in your partner's eyes is the sexiest gesture you can pull off. It's amazing gazing continuously in the eyes of your loved one and talking to each other, without uttering a word.It was you who taught me that you should be ready to make some extra efforts to make a relationship interesting. From love letters that we passed secretly to phone calls that we made even after knowing the worst outcomes, I remember everything. Finally, it was you who taught me that if you want to stay happy in life, learn to detach yourself from the people who are gone. Thanks once again for the most important lesson of my life. You left, and I cried for days. I waited for you, for months. But, you didn't appear. And when I heard about you after a long, it was about your engagement. But, by then, I was emotionally stable. I just smirked. That's it. I didn't laugh. I didn't cry either.Your absence made me stronger. I hated you for few months initially. But, then I placed you as one of the most beautiful parts of my life. I don't hate you anymore. You were amazing. I respect you, still, for all the love and care that you showered on me.I had many questions for you. But, I don't want answers anymore. Some questions are better unanswered. Some paths are better unwalked.Thank You. May God Bless You, And Your Husband.

Can someone tell me everything about megaloblastic anemia?

Did they mention B12 deficiency or Folic acid deficiency ???

Well the good news is megaloblastic anaemia basically just describes what it looks like under a microscope when they look at a blood sample. Both deficiencies are treatable but it is important to rule out B12 deficiency before taking Folic acid as folic acid can mask B12 deficiency . B12 deficiency not only effects the blood but goes on to affect nerves also and gives a neurological condition known as subacute combined degeneration of the spinal chord...pins and needles in the hands and legs to you and me. This added problem is also reversible within a certain time limit...hence they don't like to supplement with folic acid incase it hides the b12 deficiency

B12 deficiency arises over about 12 years ! A specific carrier for transporting vit b12 in the gut is destroyed by an autoimmune reaction ( You might have experience a stomach bug years ago...probably the actual destruction of intrinsic factor was occuring then !) so that you can absorb no more. Depending on age or diet you still have about 12 years worth of b12 stored in your liver....when you run out your blood cells can't function as well and have a megaloblastic nature to them.....they haven't matured properly. Later on the myelin ( = insulating sheath) on peripheral nerves isn't maintained and you experience pins and needles as the sensory nerves malfunction. The defect caused by lack of b12 can be reversed by folic acid tablets but not the nerve damage.

The cure for b12 ( PERNICIOUS ANAEMIA) is simple enough...you get a series of b12 injections into muscle, say every second day for 2 weeks and then, depending on whether the injection is cyanocobalamin or hydroxycobalamin you'll get monthly or 3 monthly injections single injections. Its not a big deal and you can do it yourself essentially once shown by the doctor.
There are b12 liquid preparations taken by mouth....this is the false answer as the b12 gut transporter is destroyed and very little can be absorbed ...you gotta trust only the injections. If folic acid is your problem then its a tablet you take you'll be delighted to know:)
Either way...its well treated
