Experienced Airline Travelers This May Seem Like A Silly Question But How Do I Pack Better

Am I allowed to pack normal size shampoo and stuff when traveling by bus?

I'm traveling through greyhound to go see my boyfriend for a week. Are they picky about what you pack specifically with toiletries in my suitcase like the airport is? I wanna pack my normal size shampoo, body wash, etc. is that ok? Or do they need to be travel size?
Sorry if this is a stupid question, this is my first time traveling by bus!

Spirit Airlines, Pros and Cons?

I've flown with Spirit Airlines several times before, once in a "Big Front Seat". Well, what can you say? They are one of the few ultra low-cost carriers in the United States, but you'll find nearly everything with a price tag. Basically, if you don't care about the journey and just want to get from point A to point B, Spirit Airlines is just for you. If you're seeking comfort, or are a vacationer with more than a carry-on bag, you're looking at the wrong airline.

Pros:
* ultra cheap flights
* decent on-time rating
* has a large route network, including Mexico and the Caribbean

Cons:
* charge you for simple things, like water
* standard fee for a carry-on bag that doesn't fit under the seat - $35/$40
* standard fee for first checked bag - $30/$35
* standard fee for seat selection - $1 to $50; or just take a random seat for free
* tight legroom

Considering the above, it could be hard to endure a ≈5 hour flight with Spirit. Maybe 2 hours is fine, and you can certainly save tons of money. For example, a flight from L.V. to Dallas costs only $168/person with Spirit, while the next cheapest option is $304/person with Delta. But with some of the extra fees, the price can approach the cost of any other flight.

If you decide to go with them, you could enroll in the $9 fare club for even cheaper fares/fees. For longer flights, Big Front Seats will give you some extra 'comfort'. The experience is similar to domestic first class, minus the improved service.

Can I take cigarettes on an international flight?

I just don't want problems with customs when I disembark in Germany. I'm just saying one pack that I had with me before the flight out of Florida, then to Atlanta, then to Germany. I've flown domestically with them but just not sure about international flights. Thanks :)
