Fastest And Healthiest Way To Lose Weight Help Eee

What is the fastest way to lose 10kg?

The right combination of diet and exercise can help you lose 10 kg not only relatively quickly, but safely too.Forget about fad diets and gimmicks that hurt far more than they help. Here are some ways you can accomplish your goal.Get enough protein in your dietProtein is the number one nutrient when it comes to weight loss. There are several reasons why this is the case. The human body produces a peptide hormone called ghrelin. This is known as the hunger hormone and induces pangs of hunger in us.Protein curbs levels of this hormone in the bloodstream. And in a double whammy, protein also raises levels of three other hormones that are responsible for suppressing hunger pangs.Besides, the body has to use a lot of energy to digest and metabolize protein. So only a portion of the calorie content of protein ends up remaining in the body. All of which are reasons why protein is critical to weight loss and you need to get enough of it.Eat more complex carbohydratesThink food items like unpolished brown rice, dark bread, cereal fiber, bulgur wheat, etc are loaded with complex carbohydrates. These foods have a high fiber content. As a result, you feel satiated much faster and so end up eating less. Also, they take longer to digest, so you stay hunger-free longer when you eat these kinds of foods. All great reasons for eating more complex carbohydrates.Exercise regularlyThis goes without saying.Weight training is perhaps one of the best exercises for weight loss. Ensure that you have a knowledgeable trainer guiding you.Cardio exercises are also excellent for losing weight. In fact, many people cannot do resistance training at all for various reasons, so cardio is the best option for them.Walk, cycle, run or swim regularly and you’ll burn fat faster than ever while enhancing your health. There are more ways to lose weight 10 kg fast. Can running/jogging for 5 days a week help you lose weight? How fast would you need to run to lose half a pound in a week?

These points are echoed elsewhere, but I'll chime in.If you increase physical activity while making no changes in your diet, then you will either lose weight or reduce the rate at which you are gaining it.The key metric for weight loss from activity is duration over speed.  You burn more calories running a mile in 9 minutes than if you do in 8.  That's hard to imagine, I know, but easier to grasp if you simply think of expenditure as time based.Half a pound is 1800 calories.  How LONG you need to run (the real way to calculate loss) depends on your pace and weight.  If you weigh 180 lbs and run a 9 minute mile, you'll burn about 119 calories.  Hence, you'd need to run 15 miles or for 135 minutes to burn your half pound of fat.Meeting your goal for #3 requires that you follow point #1.  Keep your food intake constant. The main wrinkle to add to this is that your fitness will improve if you follow this program religiously.  As you add muscle you'll find that you lose weight even if you don't run, because muscle burns more calories/lb than fat.

Is there any pill/medicine for fast weight loss?

Yes there is!BUT, here is what I would like to tell you before you consume them:My aunt started using one of those weight lost pills: she did lose weight, but she faced a lot of hormone imbalances and at the age of 35 her entire face was filled with wrinkles! She immediately realised what the pill had done and stopped taking them. But soon after that, her weighted increased back to what she had before.I would suggest you to drop the idea of “FAST” weight loss and try adopting a healthy lifestyle instead :)

Do men lose weight quicker and easier than women?

yes studies have shown that men lose weight much faster than women.

for one, men have less fat than women. the average male has around 15- 20 % body fat while the average female has 25-30% fat, which means there is more fat to lose for women.

a big factor though is hormones. having more testosterone helps with metabolism and women have more estrogen which stores the body fat in certain places which are harder to get rid of. this is usually in the hips and thighs. in this way, it is actually beneficial for women to more easily get pregnant and have babies, although not good for weight loss.

men actually usually get the fat around the gut and this is much easier to lose.

so basically men lose weight faster due to the physical make- up of the bodies, hormones, and where the fat is usually deposited,

I weigh 275 pounds and need to lose weight?

if you can afford it then juicing might be a great way to diet.
there is a movie on Hulu called Fat,Sick and Nearly Dead.
and this guy does a fruit and vegetable juicing diet and he loses about 1lb per day for 60 days.
he did it because he also had a skin rash which also cleared up on the diet.

i can't afford juicing but i've tried an adkins type diet where i restricted my carb intake to around 100g a day. and i lost weight and felt good while doing it. i was rarely hungry and i ate right around 2000 cals a day. if you'd be satisfied with losing about 10lbs a month then this would be a good choice to consider.

Does drinking apple cider vinegar help you loose weight?

By drinking that + exercising + eating a proper diet, I'm sure that you will lose weight...

Have I Hit a Weight Plato?

I've been working out 4 days a week since April. I do 40 mins of cardio, treadmill, bike or a class. Then I do upper and lower body strength training alternating each day between the two. Since May 16 I've weighed the same about, which is 227. I don't know what i'm doing wrong. I make sure to check my heart weight and keep that in the fat burning zone. I don't go over 1200 calories. I've been drinking slim fast for lunch or i'll have a Lean Cuisine. I also check my measurements every Sunday and I have lost inches since May 16. I just haven't lost any weight. This would be fine if I were a healthy weight, but i'm not. I increased my weights and the incline on the treadmill to push myself. I'm 30 years old and 5"7 in height.

I do a random selection on the treadmill and the incline will vary between 3 and 11 with a speed of 3.4. I can't afford a personal training, but I really need to know what's going on. My fiancé said it's probably b/c i'm gaining muscle. I kinda like the idea of that, but i'm over weight on the scale. 227 isn't healthy for my height. Please help. Thanks in advance
