Fatigue Abdominal Cramps And More Frequent Bowel Movements

Nausea with painful bowel movement?

This morning I woke up with the intense urge to poop, and once I was on the toilet I got that "oh god I'm going to throw up" feeling. I would poop a little then I'd have to lie on the floor because I was so shaky and lightheaded, then I'd have to poop again so I'd get back on the toilet, and the cycle repeated till I got it all out. After that I went back to sleep for another hour and I feel fine now, but what was it? I didn't have a very big poop yesterday so was it just constipation? Food poisoning? Something else?

Why do I feel really tired before I have a bowel movement?

because right before its time to release urself your bowels loosen up and relax so u are able to let ur poop out. when your muscles start to relax sometimes it relaxes your whole body. wich can cause u to feel relaxed and even sleepy... now i dont even know if any of what i just told u is true but hey, it sounded good!lol

What can be the cause of dizziness after bowel movement?

Sounds like a Vasovagal response.A what?!A Vasovagal response is your body's reaction to a BIG stimulus to you Vagus nerve. Often times, that's through bowel movements. Keep reading for why it is happens.Vagus NerveEvery person has 12 very important cranial nerves, that control the auto-functions of the body. Your Vagus nerve is a busy cranial nerve and main player for controlling your “flight-or-fight response”.Your Vagus nerve, controls/helps with:SweatingHeart rateAppetiteBOWEL MOVEMENTBlood vessels opening and closingAnd many moreSo when a person has an intense bowel movement, your vagus nerve redirects your blood away from your brain to your gut causing dizziness/blurry vision. Triggering a Vasovagal response.Recommendation:See your primary care doctor about the issue, to rule other causes of dizziness and make sure there is not a more serious medical problem or reaction to medicine.Consult with a clinical Dietitian to address fiber intake to make bowel movements less intense.Drink plenty of water to help things move along easier in your gut as well as help your blood volume, so you have enough blood to go around.Regular exercise is also important to help with digestion and train your Vagus nerve to better manage blood flow in your body.

I also have nausea, bloating, decreased appetite, diarrhea and frequent bowel movements. I have seen a GI doctor and now it just waiting for scheduled test to be done (about a week for ultrasound and endoscopy) and I see her again in two weeks. I don't want to go to the ER for a less serious reason but I also am tired of dealing with the pain and I have been barely/ scared to eat becuase of eat. And I am sure it is not appendicitis because that is acute and not chronic.

Does more bowel movements (stool) mean your metabolism is high?

In a way excssive bowel movements indicate that your body is in a state of excreting more toxic unwanted materials off your body.Sometimes high metabolic rate leads to excess by products which need to be ejested outright thus more bowel movements help in doing so.But on the contrary high metabolic rate at times leads to fatigue, dizziness as it dissipates a lot of energy due to cellular exothermic reaction. Water and some essential nutrients also along with fae cal materials are rejected which is not good for proper nutritional balance of our bodyIntake of lot of water helps in restoring the balance sometimes. Two or three spoons of lemon juice with little sugar in water daily at morning in an empty stomach facilitates the functioning  of stomach and regular bowel novements in a better way.
