How can I feel happy for long periods of time?

One must face himself with brutal honesty and determination to find whatever happiness means to him and to sustain it. Sitting back and waiting for life to start will never accomplish much.

Is it normal that I like having a full bladder for long periods of time?

Well, I don’t know if it’s “normal,” per se. But it might well be odd. Your body is telling you that it needs to void and it’s a very uncomfortable feeling that only gets worse the longer you wait. You do say it’s for “long periods” so you must derive some sort of pleasure from the experience.I don’t know about the stories that say you eventually compromise kidney function or cause a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) by waiting to urinate. Overall, I’d suggest talking to your doctor. How to maintain smiling for long periods of time?

I've always wondered about this. I feel like I have a weak mouth because when I smile for longer periods of time (15 seconds to a minute), my lips start trembling. Sometimes this is due to anxiety or just my weak muscles. Is this common??

Also, what tips can you give to help? So far I've reasoned that smiling muscle exercises, lessening anxiety, practice, and staying in the moment help, but are there any other creative suggestions to help? I would really like a lot of answers. thanks guys!

Why cant i run for a longer period of time?

Im 18, 140 pounds 5'4 and i have not been in any cardio activity for about 2 years. i have put on a bit of weight and i started to hit the tredmill. the problem is that i get tired after only 10 minutes. i heard that it takes 30 minutes of cardio to burn fat. how can i reach 30 if i can barely reach 10? i know im working hard because i can hardly breathe and my legs are burning and it is a slightly inclined tredmill. what can i do to reach the 30 minutes? im at a jogging pace 3.9 mph

Depends… Are we talking pasta and mayonnaise salad (BAD) or salad greens and garden fruit such as tomato … (GREAT).Nothing that has been provided by nature is bad unless you eat unreasonable amounts , such as a kilo of rhubarb a day (BAD). Salads? You should eat salads every day. The Greens and Mushrooms, Tomato, Peppers, Cucs kind of Salads. If you pour thousand island dressing on it…. Now that just made it bad enough to forgo the salad.

While on a diet, how do you deal with the feeling of never being full?

The feeling of never being full is on your mind, it’s more of a psychological thing, it takes you serious amounts of time to adept to a life change, meaning u have to be patient and convince yourself.How do i deal with it?When you diet hard for a long period of time especially on a Keto diet where you are active 5 times a week with cruel activity and fasting 24 hours a day alongside with that performing 2 hours of Empty Stomach HIIT(20K times jump rope in a duration of 2 hours)which i did everyday for the past 3 years, i basically got adapted to it, at first it was hell, not the gureling workout part, but to keep up with my diet, however after a period of time it got easier and easier since human nature is adaptable, you were created to be adaptable on any circumstances, cold, hot, starvation etc.How do you deal with the Psychological thing that keeps on bothering your mind?Basically when you diet for a long period of time, you got 2 hormones responsbile for your hunger and feed state, ghrelin sends the signals to your mind that you are hungry and leptin sends the signals to your brain when you eat that you are full. When you diet for a long period of time, your leptin levels start to decrease meaning u start to build a leptin tolerance, which is a psychological thing, so whenever you eat you always feel hungry this causes your cortisol levels to spike making u constantly feel miserable, how do you battle this?By basically rewarding your hard work once a week or twice a week, i do once a month an epic cheat meal to reward myself for all my 99% of hard work, which basically keeps me sane, enjoy once a week your favorite dishes be it a pizza or whatever try to be on a deficit if you can if you can’t then eat a bit on a surplus at least once a week eat on a surplus so you can reset your metabolism and continue dieting.
