Feeling Tired And Irritated Most Of The Time

I feel so tired all the time?

The best ways to have more energy during the day are to make sure you are getting enough sleep each night(don't try to run on only 6 hours of sleep every day) and to eat healthy. I know when one is very busy, it's hard to make healthy choices but do your best because it makes a world of difference. When choosing food, ask yourself, is this going to cleanse me and give me the energy I need or clog me? Fruits and veggies are wonderful in place of unhealthy snacks such as cookies and crackers. Oh another thing, DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST! Even if you don't have time, or you dont like a meal early in the morning, a little something is better than nothing.

Sore/itchy/irritate/red nipples?

I've asked this question once but I will ask it again.

For the past few days the tip of my nipples have been almost red, every itchy/irritated, Sore to the touch, Around my nipples it has gotten a little darker (I notice it more when they are hard). My nipples are hard most of the time. And when they are not completely hard the tip of my nipple is alwasy hard. They seem to be getting bigger. I've also noticed a few white bumps on and around my nipples. Do you think I could be pregnant. I am around 3 days late. I took a test yesterday or the day before and it was negative. But still no period. Also I have been getting really sick in the morings right after I eat. It feels like i'm going to throw up but I don't.Any advise would be nice. Thank you

Have no energy or motivation, tired, easily irritated?

So for the past few months I have no energy in school or doing homework even though I usually work really hard. I always zone out during class even though I always get enough sleep, eat well and drink plenty of water. Also, I have been really easily annoyed lately. I have always been a very patient and calm person, now everything and everyone seem to be getting on my nerves. What's wrong with me? I'm not like pregnant or pmsing btw.

Why do most doctors I meet appear angry, irritable, tired, and busy?

Most of the times we try to be as gentle, kind and compassionate as possible in daily clinical practice but when system forces you to work out of your way. Eventually everybody is going to get irritated. I have tried to make few reasons below.1. Patient to doctor ratio is very high. Everyday a established clinician forced to deal with so many people, he eventually loses his touch of being humane. 2. Absence of gratitude for sacrifices a doctor makes. Nowadays we commonly see people saying you do your job because you get paid. I wonder would a engineer or anybody would work through holidays and few night shifts a week for same salary he gets now! 3. Being underpaid. I dont rule out that few doctors are making really good money but most of us, are not! It is really difficult to keep doing good job when doing good karma doesnot come back. I have seen people hesitating to go to doctor because they think doctors charge too much. I have seen well earning and learned people do it. There are lots of things, it takes atleast 9 years (6 yrs mbbs+ 3 yrs pg) to come out and start practising to earn same money as your friends did 6 yrs back. I wish more people came out and laud the efforts doctors do out of their line. That way we will get more inspiration to do good job in daily life more frequently.

Can having your period make you tired?

Yes, your hormones are in overload, and you also lose iron when you are on your period which can make you extremely tired.

Why am I so weak and tired all the time?

It might be worth asking your doctor to do a blood test to measure your calcium levels although even if they are not abnormal you could still be suffering from a condition called hyperparathyroidism. It has an alarming number of “everyday” symptoms, things you would never consider going to the doctor about. Take a look especially at numbers 4 and 5. You probably don’t have the condition but considering how vague some of these symptoms are, it is worth checking.Symptoms of Parathyroid Disease (Hyperparathyroidism)Loss of energy.
