For The Last Several Days I Have Not Been Able To Reply Or Forward Emails.

If you forward an email can the original sender see that you forwarded it?

Only if you include the original sender with the forwarded email. In nearly all cases, if not all, when you forward an email you get an empty To, CC, and BCC address input box. The subject generally has “FW” or “FWD” added to the front of the email to show that it’s been forwarded. But ultimately, unless you add the original sender, the original sending will not know that you’ve forwarded the email. Now let me also say this. If the original sender included code embedded within an email letting him know exactly when and how many times the email has been opened, he will know. I see this with CRM software from time to time. But outside of that, with a traditional email, the original sender has zero knowledge you’ve forwarded the email, unless you include him as a recipient when you forward OR one of the recipients that you’ve forwarded the message to informs the original sender.

If I forward an email to someone can the original sender see it or a person who was Cc’d in the original message?

No. Standard email protocols do not notify you if an email you write is forwarded to someone else. That said, it is possible to plant an image or Web beacon in an HTML email that the sender can use to see how many times an email is opened, and from what IP addresses.

Not able to reply or forward any mails from Yahoo?

Yahoo is still having some problems at the moment. Suggested cures range from Update Adobe Flash Player and Java script to clear IE7 cache, cookies, and browsing history. Different things seem to work for different people. It's causing attachments to not show, 999 errors where it won't let you do a particular action and some people cannot send receive delete or move mail. It's not just Vista either it's happening to some of us on XP. If all else fails go back to classic mail via this link. http://us.mg1.mail.yahoo.com/dc/optout?script=no click yes when asked do you want to opt out. Hope this helps.

How can I forward, by selecting multiple emails, messages from my gmail inbox to one mail ID?

You can forward multiple emails at one time from your Web browser with Gmail. Though the feature is not easy to find, you can forward multiple messages to a recipient from the Filter dialog box. First, create a filter in the Filter dialog box that captures all messages to forward, then specify the email account for the recipient. You can create and store up to 20 filters in your Gmail account. Filters are saved in your account until you delete them.Step 1Log in to your Gmail account. Click the down arrow in the Search box to open the Filter dialog box. You can also click the “More” option, then click “Create Filter” to open the dialog box.Step 2Type a search criterion for the filter in any field. For example, type the email address of the sender in the From: field to filter emails from a specific sender. Click the “Search" icon. The filtered results display. Repeat to obtain the desired results, if needed. Once you obtain the results you want with the filter, proceed to the next step to save the filter.Step 3Click the “Create Filter with This Search” link to save the filter. The Filter Options dialog box opens.Step 4Click the “Add Forwarding Address" link, then click the “Add a Forwarding Address" button. Type the email address of the recipient, then click the “Forward It” check box.Step 5Click the “Also Apply Filter to X Messages” where “X” is the number of messages displayed by the filter.Step 6Click “Create Filter” icon. The selected messages are forwarded to the recipientTipYou can also create a filter based on a single message by clicking the message check box, then clicking the “More” button. Click “Filter Messages Like These,” then edit the Filter dialog box and options to add or delete filter criteria.WarningNote that all incoming messages that meet the criteria of your forwarding filter will be automatically forwarded until you delete the filter from your Gmail account. You must manually delete the filter to stop emails meeting the criteria from forwarding.Source:http://classroom.synonym.com/for...

If the original recipient forwards an e-mail they receive, and then someone replies to that e-mail, can the original sender see this reply or the forwarded message?

I'm adding an example to ensure I answer the question as intended. Regardless of which mail service or program you use (Outlook, Thunderbird, Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, et cetera), the succinct answer is no.  In this example, Bryan is involved in only the original message, while everyone else sees the remainder of the conversation. To begin, I (Bryan) email Charles:TGIF Charles, good job after a long week.Grab the guys and let's have a Sam Adams after work--my treat.Charles forwards it to Andrew, Sean, and Nicholas:Bryan invited us to a beer, who's in?TGIF Charles, good job after a long week.Grab the guys and let's have a Sam Adams after work--my treat.Sean clicks "Reply to All," which copies Andrew and Nicholas in a reply addressed to Charles.  Clicking "Reply" here would message Charles without copying the other two:Bryan apparently holds Sam Adams in higher regard than Guinness.  Let's ditch him.Bryan invited us to a beer, who's in?TGIF Charles, good job after a long week.Grab the guys and let's have a Sam Adams after work--my treat.Sean panics that Bryan will take offense, but he can relax since Bryan will never see the message ...once he pays off Charles, Andrew, and Nicholas to not rat him out.Cheers!

Yahoo mail forwarding function not working?

Same for me. I am paying for my service with Yahoo.

UPDATE (10/2/2015): It works if email is sent to my PRIMARY email address. But if I have setup a disposable or ALIAS email address those are not automatically forwarded. This is terrible. I actually do not share out my primary yahoo email address, only aliases and disposables.

How do I ""Forward as In-line Text" in Yahoo Mail Classic?

I can't imagine the reasoning of Yahoo in their removal of this option. I understood that they would automatically make "inline text" as default, when they removed the option.
(guess not----?? huh ?)

Is this what you tried ?? That isn't there ??
(wish they'd leave well enough, alone)

Adjust the "forwarding" setting.
Mail page>>click options (top right)>>scroll to and click on "general preferences".
Now, go down to *Message Actions* and next to "forwarding emails", check the button by---"forward as inline text"-----then click "save" at bottom of page.

After you click on "forward"----and still see nothing in that window-----------you can try this, which seems to be the only other alternative at present.
Click on *"reply"* instead of "forward", and the message with all previous addresses will appear in that window, where you can edit to your hearts content.
Highlight addresses---press delete on the keyboard.
After editing---AND, BEFORE ---sending it on, you will now have to change the TO line (since you're not really wanting to "reply")

How can I change the SUBJECT line when I forward or Reply to an Email?

Hi Blonde Thinker,

You should be able to do this when you're in the process of replying and forwarding. Once you click either of those options, you should be presented with the compose screen which should allow you to make any changes you're wanting to make.

If this isn't working for you,
I recommend some basic troubleshooting as that will often resolve this type of issue. Here's our help article with steps:
