How do you repair spikes on jeffrey campbell litas?
my litas has a loose spike on the heel and i tried pushing it back in but it wouldnt really budge because the hole was really small. the shoes came with replacement spikes but i dont know how to put them it. besides maybe gluing them on but that probably wouldnt be very secure. someone help me please! :)

Are these Jeffrey Campbell shoes vegan friendly?
May I point out that whilst those shoes are man-made, that does not mean you are doing an ethical thing in purchasing them. They will have been made in a factory which puts out pollution and harms the environment. Possibly even a factory that dumps chemical waste into waterways and harms marine life. Possibly even a factory in China that abuses human rights by paying people unfairly and having bad working conditions. It has a wooden heel too. Maybe that was taken from a tree, from a plantation. But for that plantation to be put there they likely had to clear natural forestation first and destroy the homes of many living creatures. Be more than vegan, be earth friendly and buy second hand or buy from an eco-friendly, fair trade store. Sorry girl, just telling it to ya straight.
Jeffrey campbell litas too tight?
get a zip lock bag...fill it with water and put it in the shoe (make sure it isnt leaking. put them in the freezer with the bag of water in the boots. the water will expand as it freezes and stretch the boots. OR wet newspaper for a few days...OR take them to a shoe maker and get them stretched. its affordable to do so, OR take the sole out it gives you almost a full size! it wont be comfy at all BUT itll look good. lol
How long does it take for Jeffrey Campbell shoes to be broken in so they no longer hurt?
i havent been used to wearing heels for a while and im tired of girls not willing to admit that Jeffrey Campbell Lita's can hurt if your not used to wearing heels, and i have 5 pairs of these and the ones i wore yesterday i had to wear with a insert for my right foot but later on i was okay although i kept the insert in. I absolutely adore these shoes so im willing to ask how long does it take to get past the ball of your foot no longer hurting in heels. Before a couple of days ago i hadnt worn heels in over 3or 4 years.

What can you do? You can stay with him, or you can leave him. If you are going to leave him, that's pretty simple and direct. You don't need anything more to justify that decision. Congratulate him on becoming a parent soon, and give him back whatever stuff he left at your place. In the summer people could walk around with tank tops and shorts if they felt that was ok. And yes, the same rules applied to girls as they did for boys (well, you would probably get in trouble if you went commando in an outfit that exposed your butt/chest - thankfully, there was never a case like that). Not like we had many girls in the first place - it was a computer/electrotechnik school, what do you expect?And just to prove my point: one of the younger teachers would sometimes wear a transparent shirt, and not once got in trouble.
