i am actually on a diet plan which is from Dr. Nutrition center and it really works i lose at least 2 kg a week and if i cheat then 1 kg .what u have to do early morning chew a garlic but small capsule size only and drink a glass of water (u can chew a gum to avoid the smell) t controls ur cholesterol the take ur breakfast an hour later it should contain boiled egg and coffee or tea 1 slice brown bread or u can replace it with cheese , snack time only 1 apple lunch time is the best have a grilled chicken breast 1 pc only and salad or soup do add celery in ur soup it is best for weight loss then evening a cup of tea or coffee and at night have a small yogurt with a steak of chicken and salad u will enjoy it the plan..

Unhealthy, yet effective way to lose weight.?

To "Wantoutofmarriage": I did not go back to my overindulging and terrible eating habits. However, I did not continue the diet or the only eating two tiny meals per day. I now follow the normal healthy means of maintaining/losing weight. I eat 5-6 small healthier meals per day, and still drink all water and skim/2% milk except one or two diet pepsis or glasses of juice per day. I only used this diet to lose the weight. Once it is gone, it will be easy for me to keep it off. I just had trouble losing it.

To "..." You are correct that your way is the most healthy way; however, this is for people who want to lose the lbs fast and then use your way to keep it off. I am sorry that it is disgusting to you. My sincere apologies.

Lose weight fast!!?

1. 20 minute walk ( NOT RUN ) everyday. walking or tread mill speed less then 3.0 possibly with incline will burn fat do not run. running will do cardio. you want weight loss.

2. park far as you can at work, grocery store, use manual door, useless elevator. ( this alone can shave off 5lbs in a year.

3.Drink water at least 8 cups a day. no more pop. diet soda is worst than regualr soda, aspertane is really really not good for you.

4. when you eat. do not watch tv, talk on the cell phone..etc.. focus waht you are doing, eat! enjoy the flavor. listen to your stomach. when it say i'm full stop

5. let the fork down while chowing!! slow down don't inhale food.

6. eat when you are hungry. do not starve your self. REMEMBER #4.

7. Always leave something on your plate. even if it's a bite.

when your stomach is full, it's not hungry..

your job is fill your stomach with low calororie high volume food.

if the food is close to natual state, it's less calorie per same size, ( corn < corn mill < cerial < bread)

eat raw veggie, oatmeal, you will eat meat but lean meat, not fast food,

NO LIQUID CALORIES beer, coffee, soda, your bod'y does not count those calories because it goes right throw you.

AVOID CORN SYRUP. it's worse then sugar.

swimming is great and so is basket ball..

watch your diet..

add low fat burning accersices.. incline tead mill at low speed. / YOGA / and bodypump.

if you are serious about loosing weight in two weeks..

EAt breakfast, and work out everyday. ( treamill)

What is a fast and effective way to loose weight?

I wanna loose like 10+ pounds quick. I want to know good workouts (i dnt have alot of time to go to the gym). and is there any good food that dsnt have alot of calories (besides granola bars and 100 calorie packs lol)?

I need to lose weight fast?

Ok so I am 13yrs old 5,5 and 140 pounds. My ideal weight at this point would be 115-120 but I everytime I say I m gonna lose weight I never do. School s gonna end soon and I want to feel comfortable in my bathing suit at the pool with my friends (none of my friends are overweight, I m the only one) so if anybody has any tips for losing about 25 pounds please respond!
