Give Me Some Movies Or Tv Shows To Watch

Is watching movies and TV shows a hobby?

Thanks for the A2A.A hobby is a regular activity that is done for enjoyment, typically during one's leisure time. So if you find yourself in front of a screen watching some obscure noir from 1935 on a warm Friday evening or most evenings, that’s your hobby. I suggest that next time someone questions your hobby drop some show names and watch them shut up or just ask what their hobbies are and criticize them. Can be fun.In my case it’s an OCD so I won’t call it a hobby. If this is not clear please let me know.

Where can I watch movies and tv shows for free online?

I used to watch my movies and tv shows on Letmewatchthis.com but it doesn't really seem to work anymore and I loved that site. :(

So are there any other good sites where I can watch full movies and tv shows for free and that doesn't have viruses or anything?

Is watching a TV show better than watching a movie?

I have always preferred T.V. shows to movies. Just like the people around me, you'll be surprised to know that I still haven't watched Batman: The Dark Knight! I have been planning on watching it for a long time, but never really did. There are lots of such examples of great movies I haven't watched - Fight Club, Forrest Gump, Cloud Atlas, and a lot more. I just watched The Shawshank Redemption a month ago!The reason why I prefer watching a T.V. show is primarily because I won't have to switch. Every time I open up the Movies folder on my laptop, I get confused. I have 114 movies in there, but none of them interests me. Why? Because every movie is a new beginning. Every movie is new. I'd have to start it, and watch it and sit through it, knowing that the next one is going to be different. That is way too much transition for me to handle. I'd prefer rewatching 6 episodes of Friends (2 hours approximately) to watching a new movie. Also, every movie has a different pace, a different genre, a different plot, and a different set of actors. I don't want to be subjected to so much variation. If I have started a T.V. show, I know that I would be in for a ride because every other episode will be in continuation of the one before it - even if there isn't a story, like on the shows Castle or Mentalist, the characters have stories which develop as the show progresses.I have watched close to 15 T.V. series, which is not a great feat, but I have almost always started a new series when I was getting bored - when I had the option of passing 2 hours of my time watching a movie, but rather chose to indulge in several hours of T.V. series just because I like the coherence and the story - the main element drawing me towards the series being the episode endings or the cliffhangers, which make me question, and ponder and theorize and discuss - about events, characters, stories and ideas - these discussions are far more frequent and worthy for T.V. series than for movies, just because the amount of exposure is more in the former.I cannot possibly comment on what is better for you, but I think this answer would help you in assessment - I think you'd be able to have a good idea of what you want to watch. There is no better or worse. It's all about preferences.

Do you prefer TV shows or movies?

It depends on the time that I have for entertainment:I prefer watching movies whenever I have excess free time. Mostly weekend or holidays, subject to certain exceptional movies. I am very selective about my movies and never watch a movie without going through it's trailer and reviews. This makes it difficult for me to choose movies with a good story. So I usually watch 3 movies per month only if they seem appealing (This figure was way too high during my college days). However, I do watch TV shows a lot more than movies because it offers flexibility I can watch a 20 minute episode while having food or during study breaks. So, that way I can simultaneously watch various serials.Honestly, I've found the shows that I've watched to be more interesting than movies which allows less time for the latter.

Movies or tv shows like nikita?

Um, these aren't all necessarily 'teen spy' movies/shows, but i assume they're kind of what you're looking for...
Alias - TV series, where Jennifer Garner plays a double-agent/spy. Sort of along the same lines as Nikita where her fiance gets killed, and so she tries to shut down the agency.
Sky High - Movie about high school kids with superpowers - i dunno, maybe you'll like it...
Human Target - TV series. It's a little bit like James Bond
MI-5 (Spooks) - British TV series. It's into it's 5th season already, and it's more 'intelligent' spying instead of constant action/gunfire.
MI-High - British TV series about 3 teenagers working as spies.
No Ordinary Family - TV series about a family who gets superpowers....once again, maybe you'll like it...
Spykids 1, 2, and 3 - Movie trilogy.
Johnny English - Spy Movie/Comedy with Rowen Atkinson (of Mr Bean fame)
Get Smart - Comedy. Earlier TV Series and now movie with a sequel due out soon with Anne Hathaway and Steve Carell
Chuck - Comedy TV Series about a guy who gets caught up in espionage.

Do children of actors watch their parents' movies or tv shows?

Yes and some of the actors make the kids watch the movies as punishment like Sylvester Stallon's Rambo movies. That is what he claims in an interview anyway.
