Exercise tips to help lose weight?

P90x without a doubt, i have been doing it for over 400 days straight now.It is the hardest most intense workout you will ever experience and it's all done in your own home. How long should I exercise to lose weight?

i lost 10 pounds a month by eating 1500- 2000 calories a day of healthy foods and doing 30 minutes of cardio everyday. try to cut out candy, cookies, chips, soda, fried food, fast food greasy food, full fat dairy and cut back or avoid going out to eat.

What exercises can i do everyday to lose weight?

After years of watching my weight and trying to lose some of it, I have come to the conclusion that weight loss has more to do with diet than exercise. It is about reducing caloric intake. Eat breakfast
Snack on fruit
Don't eat anything fried
Eat as many meals at home
Double or triple your portion of fruits and veggies. Half your portion of meats. Careful with the sauce on the veggies though.
Avoid bread, grains, and rice
Drink only water (not even diet soda)
Avoid the late night snack and if you must, eat fruit
Don't eat fast. Eat slow and enjoy your food.
When you get hungry the first thing you should do is drink a glass of water.

You have a BMR of 1489.6. That means you burn 1489.6 calories a day just by existing. In order to lose weight, you will need to create a calorie deficit.
So if you eat 1239 calories a day (cutting 250 calories from your diet) and burn 250 calories, you will have a net calorie of 989. It takes 3500 calories to gain or lose a pound. So if you cut 500 calories per day, you will make you lose 1 pound per week :)

I exercise and eat right and still can't lose weight.?

Like the majority of people who have "tried and failed", and have something else wrong with their bodies besides willpower and extra weight, the tired-out advice isnt working.

I do the recommended balance of cardio to resistance training, eat whole foods, fiber, veg, and low fat, and am even eating the right thermogenic foods. I dont follow any of the doomed fad diets. And I dont eat donuts, pastries, french fries etc. I have already cut out 99% of that stuff. I never was a donut type anyway. Its a myth that everyone who is overweight is lazy and wont lay off the donuts. I'm the type that gets cabin fever by afternoon if I'm not making the most of my day.
