Paintball in Ottawa-Gatineau region?
There's a good place on St-Laurent blvd in Ottawa. Right behing the Cora's and the Megha Furniture store. Don't remember what it's called, but it's really big, they have all the gear you need and there's even a paintball store in the building.

What equipment do they give you (For first timers) and is it all free? Or is it extra cost. (Vancouver BC) I'm going tomorrow, please answer quickly ;D (Do they give you overalls, and like vests to reduce the pain of hits of paintballs and stuff like that? )
Can I get in trouble with the law for shooting an air soft gun in my backyard?
Possibly, but if you take all recommended safety precautions it should be ok in most places. If you're concerned, call your sheriff and ask. In my town there's no requirement for an airsoft shooting range, but for air rifles and other bb guns, you must simply have an appropriate backstop capable of stopping errant shots.Airsoft guns do have significant power and can cause injury, but I shoot them in the house and in the yard.
When you go to try on rings, do they tell you your official size?
Yes, they'll check your size if you ask them to. No, they won't charge. And you aren't a dolt, how can you know something if you've never done it? So no worries. The one thing I would keep in mind is if you've been walking. I don't drive, so I'd been walking around all day and by the time I got to the jewelry store my fingers were swollen [your fingers will swell on and off all day]. I didn't realize this and when they measured, I ordered my ring in that size. When I got it, I put it on, it fit perfectly. But throughout the day it would become so loose it would almost fall off. I was terrified of losing it down the drain while washing my hands! So I had to get it resized a half size smaller. Now it's kind of hard to take off, but it fits comfortably all day and the only reason I ever take off my ring is to play paintball anyway [grip fits better without rings]. So I recommend keeping this kind of situation in mind. =]
