Assuming that you are thinking of suicide, you might want to consider the perspective of your spirit.Why you are here.Before your birth, your spirit existed in the spirit world as an individual with previous lifetimes and an agenda for advancement. As part of their agenda, they chose your particular lifetime for the lessons it was expected to provide. That is the point of all of our lifetimes — to help our spirits to learn in ways that are not possible in the spirit world.There are many lessons to be learned, some in each lifetime They might be related to: family dynamics; other relationships; personal growth; education & career; disability or illness; or to any of the other challenges and opportunities that come our way. Lessons are presented under increasingly difficult circumstances as a spirit advances in the spirit world.What happens after a completed suicide.Instead of returning to the usual transition back to the spirit world, you would find yourself on the wandering plane. It is a part of the spirit world, but the plane the farthest removed from the presence of the Creator. It is the destination for those who have taken a life, wasted their life, or committed other egregious acts.On the wandering plane, a spirit will wander from one resource to another (Master spirits) for guidance on how they might have better influenced their human self. It is not meant to be a place of punishment, but neither is it an easy place to be. The time spent there will range from several months (of our time) to many decades.Eventually, you would return to the usual stages of transition back to the spirit world. On the plane of learning, you would review every thought and action of your lifetime and, with the assistance of Masters, reflect on what you might have done differently. You would lose status, your agenda for progression in the spirit world would be disrupted, and you would have to repeat some of the lessons previously learned. Are wars good ways to end conflicts between countries?

NEVER.War is a mere continuation of Geopolitics just by other means. Every conflict whether it maybe political or physical, it should be solved using diplomacy and negotiations. War has long lasting effects like Starvation, arms reduction, population dip and also complete disruption of reputation of one country while complete uni-polarization of another. One war provokes another and the chain is never-ending. Usage of Chemical, Biological, Radio logical and most importantly Nuclear weapons not only finishes a race, it also hinders the growth and creates deformities in the upcoming generations.For example : The world war 1 ended with the Treaty of Versailles which was insulting for Germany, and harmful for the German economy and the self-respect of people. Then rose a leader who people in Germany looked upon as their liberator, the Fuehrer - Adolf Hitler. What further complicated matters was his wish to win every inch of land in Europe and show to the people that even Germany, is among the superiors. What happened next is History.In essence, war for war is stupidity, if the war was avoided in the first place then mankind would avoid such a catastrophe. Hence war is not at all a good way to solve conflicts between the countries.

What is the easiest way to end my life?

I will not tell you how to commit suicide, easy, painless, or otherwise.I will tell you that twice in my live I have been as close to suicide as one can come without actually doing it. You can’t come any closer than I did.The first time was in the throes of an acute, severe, vicious depressive episode. I didn’t go through with it because I thought of the one person I would be leaving behind who depended on me. I would have left him behind to fend on his own and I thought that his need of me was greater than my need to free of depression. I had no idea when the depression would end or even if it would, but I decided to endure it because someone needed me.The second time was again in a deep depression, this one chronic, severe, and non-responsive to meds. I knew it was non-responsive because my psychiatrist told me so. I had no hope of getting out of it and I was at the end of my ability to cope. That time, I did not go through with it because I thought of my sister. She would have to clean up the mess and I loved her more and wanted to spare her more than my need to end my life.The first time, the acute depression ended of its own accord. The second time, after two years of hell, my psychiatrist found a med combination that worked.Just in case you think that a little depression is not sufficient to make one really want to kill himself, you can read my description of it at my answer to In your own words, how would you describe depression?. Other people’s descriptions are also spot on.I don’t know what “this” is that you think you are two weak to survive, but I suspect that you have reserves of strength you haven’t begun to tap. If our US Senator John McCain could survive 5 years as a prisoner of war in North Vietnam without betraying his country, you can find a way to survive too.Whatever “this” is, unless it is a terminal medical condition, you can get out of it. Just survive one more day until tomorrow, then one more until the next day. All you have to do is stay in this world one day at a time and work on a way to get out of “this”By the way, if you will tell us what it is that is taxing you so, people here just might be able to help you out of it.
