Good Workout Routines To Start Off In

How do I start a workout routine?

What's the exercise that you get addicted to?  Do that.Do what you like.  It's easier that way.  And once the pattern sets in, then you can start to explore new activities and work in different exercises that are more challenging.But right now, just focus on getting started.  It doesn't matter what the exercise is.Set up a system that makes it hard for you to say no.I work out every morning.  During a time when I worked 12 hour days every day, it was really hard to get up in the morning and go to the gym.  So how did I make myself work out anyway?First of all, I know that I love to work out.  I know that once I get to the gym and get going that I always feel better after my work out.  So I know that if I go to the gym then I will be better off.  I just need to go even though right now I really don't want to.Secondly, I slept in my gym clothes.  Yup.  And I also kept my shoes, headphones and gym tag right next to my bed.When I woke up 90% of the work was ALREADY done.   I didn't have to think about a single thing.  I knew where my headphones were.  I knew what outfit I wanted to wear.  I knew what I was doing once I got to the gym.All I had to do was put on my shoes and go.  And I don't think there is anything easier than that.

What would be a good workout routine for a 13 year old girl?

concentrate on ur diet.....
Sleep well....drink plenty of water.....avoid oily stuffs n unhealthy thngs....n atleast for for 20 mints daily....walkng is the best exercise.

Im 15, what is a good workout routine for me to get BIG?

Hey guys, im 15 & a half years old. I currently am about 5'7 1/2 and 130lbs. im about average built for my age i think so. i don't play any sports because of a head inerjury but that doesn't keep me from working out now.
i just recently joined a new gym with down the street and plan on going there every day after school.
I wanna get pretty big (6 pack,tricepts,pecks,bicepts) the whole 9 yards. i've been to the gym i just joined twice and im not really sure what a good routine is for me so i look pretty dumb just standing there trying to do everything. i just need a set of what to do..the gym basically has everything i normal gym would have. alot of the basic machines, tons of free weights,bar,bench,leg,abbs, ect.
I'd also like to know some strecthces? so i don't pull anything.
& maybe some advice on some drinks or maybe even pills i could take? ( i know its bad but still)

So you are planning to build up muscle mass in winter and lose it all during the summer? You should be doing both at the same time just alternate days. Lifts weights one day and do your stretching before and after every workout. On another day go running/jogging with some ankle weights. This will increase strength and speed. Jogging/running up and down hills is great for building up your cardio which will increase your endurance/stamina. With increased endurance/stamina, even if you aren't faster than your defender, he will get tired quicker than you.

Good workout routine for beginning 18 year old female?

I am 18 and about 5'1 and weigh about 120. I would really like to lose weight. I am not fat but I know I'm not in shape. I want toned abs, a firm butt, and muscular/toned but small arms. I would say my body goal is Savannah Montano. What should I start off doing at the gym? I already do 30 mins of treadmill usually.
