What do I do, I got arrested for peeing in public.?
Okay so I'm from NYC, my friends and I took a road trip down to New Orleans, passing Alabama, we stopped in a small town to use the bathroom and to stock up on junk food. I had to go really bad so I ran to a back of a building where no one was around and went. A cop drives by, sees me, arrests me, did not read me my rights, mug shot me, took my finger prints, and locked me up. For peeing outside, he said the charges were public exposure or something, NO ONE SAW ME. Anyway so my friends had to bail me out of jail. In NYC, the WORST you get is maybe a ticket. Down south they locked me up. What should I do? Should I get a lawyer? They did not read me my rights, what do I do about that? I did not know that you could get into that much trouble for something stupid like that, should I explain that to the judge on the phone? Because there is no way in hell I'm going back down to Alabama.

What happens if you get pulled over with expired registration in California?
You will get a minimum of $200 ticket for driving with an expired registration. A lot of it depends on how long your car registration is past its due date.
