Hard To Lose Stomach Fat

WHY is it so hard to lose stomach fat!!?

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

How to lose my stomach and arm fat?

I wanna lose my stomach and arm fat, but the only thing is I haven't exercised in awhile so it's hard for me to get back to exercising, which I'm working on that. But I wanna know how to lose my stomach and arm fat as quickly as I can. It's also hard for me to do sit ups/crunches because I haven't done that in awhile also. I'm currently taking diet pills(which I know that's not good), eating very little(probably 1-2 meals a day), and I'm not exercising much, but within 1 week or so, I've lost 15 pounds. But my stomach and arm fat is still here. Help please?

Why is the stomach the hardest place to lose fat?

Fat goes there because that is the first place where humans store fat.

If you want to lose flab/cellulite/fat from your abs/thighs/butt or get a six pack you need to first realize that spot reduction is a myth.
The problem is not the muscle; the problem is the fat that is covering the muscle.
Anyone that says "Oh do crunches to get rid of the fat or your belly" or "high reps of lunges make your legs smaller" is a loony.
You can do 1,000 lunges, crunches, sit ups a day but that fat isn't going anywhere. All they do is work the muscle. They do nothing for the fat.
You can't lose fat in one specific place; fat is lost throughout the body, dependant on genes, gender, and age. That's just the way we humans work.

To lose fat:
1. DON’T BELIEVE THOSE FAD DIETS! DIET PILLS ARE GIMMICKS!
2. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF! Unless you are 4ft tall, a 1,200 calorie a day diet is DANGEROUS and won't work in the long run.
3. Calculate your BMR. Do a google search. A good calculator would ask for your age, height, weight, and activity level.
4. Eat healthy and eat about 500 calories a day less than your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). Your BMR is how many calories you need per day to maintain your current weight.
5. Eat 5-6 small meals a day. This keeps your metabolism up. Each meal should include fruits, veggies, water, and protein.
5. Drink at least 64oz (8 8oz glasses) of water a day. No soda (that includes diet soda).
6. Do light/moderate cardio 3 to 5 times a week for 30 to 45 minutes each time. Running, bicycling, and swimming are great for this.
7. Do some strength training to make sure you lose fat and not muscle. Don't worry; you won't look like the hulk if you lift weights.
8. You should lose about 1-2lbs (.45-.9kg) per week. If you lose more than that, chances are the rest is stool, water weight, or even muscle mass.
9. Weigh yourself only once a week at the same time (ie every Friday morning). Your weight fluctuates a lot during any 24hour period because of water and food intake and also bowel movements.
Be patient and be smart. If you follow this guideline you will be very happy with your results.

How can I lose belly fat?

I'm 17 years old, 5'3, 135 pounds. Most of my weight is in my thighs and stomach. The only thing I really care about losing on my body is my stomach. I have a gut. I want a flat stomach. Yes, I'm very aware that it's not easy and will take a lot of hard work and dedication. I also know that you cannot target one spot of your body to lose weight. That it comes off everywhere of the body. I am aware of that so please don't give me a lecture on that. I'm wondering if anyone knows of any certain workout's or even yoga positions that at least helps burn belly fat or helps flatten it? Also, I've been on a diet for a week now.I've lost 3 pounds. I've been going to the gym, but only twice in that weeks time because I haven't had much time to go. But the two days I went I worked out for 2 hours each time. Running and walking on the treadmill, a little bit of weights, adobiminal machines, and leg machines. I cut out soda's completely. I only drink water, diet green tea, and sometimes a slim fast. I've been eating granola bars (honey & oats), salad, turkey sandwich, ramen noodles ( yes I know, not the healthiest choice), carrots with ranch, fruit cup. Twice, I did eat a little unhealthy. But for the most part, I eat as healthy as possible. But I'm having trouble with finding out what foods are BEST and MOST healthy, and will help with belly fat loss. I'm literally wiling to do anything. What are the most healthiest foods to eat while on a diet? Please list as many as possible so I won't be stuck eating the same foods all the time, and what exercizes are best for targeting the stomach? Please and thank you! And if there's any tips or anything, please share them (:
