In the Harry Potter & the Prisoner of Azkaban movie, was it Cedric Diggory who was electrocuted?
In general, yes, the character is Cedric Diggory, but the actor is not Robert Pattison. POA Chapter 9: Grim Defeat (Summary Exerpts) - After spending weeks of practice on the upcoming game, Oliver Wood is annoyed that Slytherin manages to avoid playing Gryffindor in the storm by claiming that there seeker (Malfoy) still has an injured arm and can't play. He then tells Harry and the rest of the team they'll be playing Hufflepuff instead, this throws out everything the team had practiced. Oliver comments that Hufflepuff plays with a completely different style and their new Captain is Cedric Diggory. Wood starts to stress out pointing out that even though they beat Hufflepuff last time, since then Cedric has put together a strong side tactic, the weather was better, and Cedric is an excellent Seeker. By the way, its mentions later that Cedric is a 5th year student. This established that the Hufflepuff Seeker in Prizoner of Azkaban is in fact Cedric Diggory. In the book, Cedric is never struck by lightning and catches the Snitch just as Harry comes under attack by the Dementors and falls to the ground. The rest of the Gryffindor team inform Harry in the Hospital Wing that Cedric (the Dudley-Do-Right he is) tried to call off the victory after discovering Harry had fallen, and demanded a rematch in the name of fair-play. The whole lightning strike was strictly a Hollywood embelishment. The actor playing the zapped Hufflepuff Seeker is never specifically named, but the character is supposed to be Cedric Diggory. The character of Cedric Diggory in only on screen for a few minutes, has no lines, and is wearing goggles in the middle of a storm, he is a very minor insignificant character in the POA movie. Since Cedric Diggory is a main character to the story of GOF, the casting for the part had to be more in depth and a stronger actor with the right look was needed to portray Cedric Diggory as he is described in the book, i.e. handsomely "dreamy" that makes girls drool and fawn over him, the the character was recast with Robert Pattinson for Goblet of Fire.

do you mean Crabbe? the guy who played crabbe in the first 6 movies got in a lot of criminal trouble: drugs, disorderly conduct, etc. so he wasn't in the last movie. goyle's character took over some of the things crabbe was supposed to do.
