In harry potter, do students at hogwarts ever have sex?
I'm sure they do. They're teenagers. Harry, however, did not have sex during his school years. Jo has actually addressed this issue, saying that because of everything that's been going on his life, Harry has less sexual experience than others of his age. Condoms I'm sure they can get at the hospital wing, or buy in Hogsmeade. Some probably bring them with them at the beginning of the year, and some may be as bold to ask their parents to send some by mail. Who knows, maybe they don't even use condoms. Perhaps they have some type of prevention spell, or a potion that the female has to drink. What they do with the baby would be discussed between the two students, their parents and their head of house. One option would be to get one of the parents to come and get it, taking care of it until the students leave school and are able to raise the child themselves. The students could also drop out, and choose to stay home with their child. It is also possible that they could arrange a way for both the child and the mother to stay at Hogwarts. And then there's always the options of abortion or adoption.

More specifically, it is is Great Western Railway Hall Class locomotive 5972 Olton Hall, and is depicted pulling a train of four carriages. Scenes have been filmed in King's Cross railway station, at the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, and on board the train. The ‘Harry Potter Train’ can be ridden between Pickering and Grosmont, but has been part of a large argument between the companies and local train enthusiasts; since the livery is not historically correct for the locomotive, many enthusiasts claim that the maroon colour has ‘defiled’ the engine. Olton Hall is not the first real locomotive to be disguised as the Hogwarts Express. To promote the books, the Southern Railway locomotive Taw Valley was repainted and renamed on a temporary basis. Rowling's own estimate varies from 40 to 140+. I make it about 93, based on things like how many carriages it takes to move years 2-7 from Hogsmeade station to the castle, but Harry's year is unusually small because they were conceived at the height of a war. We've no reason to think they aren't evenly divided by gender.An interesting point is that many people have complained that there aren't enough black students at Hogwarts, but during the period covered by the books only 2% of Britons were black (since risen to 3%) so there should only be around 13 black students at Hogwarts in total. We know the names of four black students so that's probably about right. However, nearly 7% of Britons are of South Asian origin (India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh) so there should be over 40 South Asian students and we know the names of only two of them, who are sisters. 4.5% of Britons are Moslems and yet the Patil twins are probably Hindu and we know of no definitely Moslem students at Hogwarts. You have to assume I guess that South Asian and Moslem wizwitches tend to send their children to a magical faith school in Pakistan (since there are no other magic schools in Britain), or to home-school.
