Has Anyone Ever Had Goform Brand Tires And If So Are They Any Good

What is the relationship between angular acceleration and linear acceleration?

There could be 2 interpretations of your question -Relationship between angular acceleration and linear acceleration (as in linear motion or translation motion)In linear motion if a particle moves from a velocity Vi at time Ti to Vf at time Tf, we say acceleration of the particle is change in velocity (Vf - Vi) divided by time taken (Tf- Ti). This is average acceleration, instantaneous would be dv/dtAngular acceleration is commonly * used for describing motion of a body in rotational motion. Here, angular acceleration is the rate of change of angular velocity between time Tf and Ti given by (Wf - Wi)/ (Tf - Ti). Instantaneous angular acceleration would be dw/dtThus you see that this is an analogy and there is no connection between the two. Watch this video for a better understandingRotation - Angular Velocity | Displacement | Acceleration #12. The two entities considered within rotational motionConsider a particle that has an angular velocity w and angular acceleration α.In such a case the tangential acceleration would be Ta = rα and the centripetal acceleration would be Ca = rω(sq) (r being the position vector from axis of the point). The linear acceleration would then be the vector sum of the two*a particle moving in a straight line can also have angular velocity/ acceleration about an axis

Has anyone ever had GoForm brand tires, and if so are they any good?

Never had one, but they are a Chinese manufactured tire. Web page is here: http://gloryred.en.made-in-china.com/pro...

Do car tires have expiry dates?

Good question. Here is an article which i have recently read about it on HowStuffWorks.Tires, like most other auto parts, are built to withstand a great deal of wear and tear. Unlike other car parts, however, tire manufacturers always give an estimate for about how long a tire should last. The estimates themselves can range greatly for each tire, but you'll usually see a manufacturer listing of how many tens of thousands of miles you may expect out of that particular tire. When it comes to car part longevity, however, there are always circumstances when the auto part information given by a manufacturer may not apply. In the case of tires, the estimate of how long a tire can last is based primarily on the tread wear. But some safety advocates want to add an expiration date of six years onto each tire, regardless of how much tread is left on them. The reason for setting up this six-year standard is that some research has shown that after that amount of time passes, tire failures dramatically increase. The tire industry has not yet set  up its own estimate, partly because it doesn't want to give consumers the idea that its tires are guaranteed to last that longAlthough there isn't a set expiration date as of yet, companies like Ford Motor Company already encourages its customers to scrap their tires if they're more than six years old. But how can you determine the age of a tire? You can tell how old a tire is by looking on the tire's sidewall. There are lots of markings ranging from the type of tire, a speed rating that corresponds to a maximum safe speed your tire can sustain, the size of the tire and also when the tire was made; however, if you look after the Department of Transportation (DOT) letters, you'll see another list of numbers. If the tire was made before the year 2000, you'll see three numbers after the DOT letters; the last number indicates the year the tire was made. On newer tires, those manufactured in 2000 or later, you'll see four numbers. The first two numbers indicate the week it was built and the last two digits specify the year the tire was made. So, for example, if you see a "297" the tire was made in 1997, or if you see a "2409" that would mean that the tire was made in the 24th week of 2009 Source: HowStuffWorks "Should auto tires have a sell-by date?"Source: Holguin

How do i build a budget 12 second car out of a 1993 trans am LT1!?!?!?

12 seconds is not difficult with the LT1, make sure it is in good shape, check the compression, if it is not, fix that, then change the cam to one of chevy's hot cams, install headers, low restriction air filter, and good tires, should put you very close, add nitrous if you want, keep it under 100 horse, use a dry system, very easy install, feather it off the line, rearend and axles should last longer that way, and go have fun, get a helmet and have fun...be safe.

Why do ideologies like monotheism (i.e. Abrahamic religions) and communism have such a wide appeal to the masses?

Back when humans lived in hunter-gatherer bands we were groups, not individuals, for tens of thousands of years. I probably don’t need to tell you: People are tribal. We can only recognize a maximum of about 150 people as being in our “band.” For humans to organize in groups larger than the ‘family and friends plan,’ we had to come up with larger belief systems that more than 150 people could agree upon. And that’s how we formed tribes.Humans began living together because of agriculture. So the early shared-belief systems were about: Gods who decided if crops flourished or failed; and Division of Labor regarding the fields, which were a lot of work, and Division of Harvests and Property. That’s why religious and economic ideologies resonate so strongly in humans. If you didn’t belong to a larger-group using a belief system, well, your babies had less chance of survival. Maybe *you* had less chance of survival, too. So this tribal belief system thing either got bred into the species, or there’s some brain-training that happens when children grow up within a belief system. Or both.See where I’m going here? Humans like “belonging” to groups with shared belief systems. Whether it’s fandoms for sports teams or political movements or religions or whatever — large-scale shared beliefs are the foundation of human civilization.Unfortunately we still aren’t very civilized when large-group ideologies combine with our tendency toward tribal rivalry. We humans have advanced very rapidly technologically, but we’ve had trouble adapting fast enough behaviorally.Specific to your question: Because human bands were based on families, there was usually a patriarch or matriarch who led the group. Monotheism is an easy sell when humans think of a “Big Chief in the Sky” or “Holy Father.”Hunter-gatherer bands also functioned co-operatively without conception of ‘property,’ not as part of economic systems that developed after agriculture. Put simply, for 95% of human history we were small-band communists, then for the recent 4.5% we’ve been family farmers, and for the very-recent .5% we’ve been capitalists. So communism has an instinctive appeal, though it doesn’t seem to work well beyond the 150-human, small-band barrier.

A friend of mine said you can buy a car cheap from a dealer by asking for demo types. How does this work? What are the steps?

Depending on the dealership structure/management set up, a certain number of demo models are allotted for the use of dealership personnel. From my experience only managers get to use the demo vehicles and drive them until they reach anywhere from 2,000 miles - 5,000 miles then it goes to the used car lot to be sold at a good discounted price.Usually dealerships will allow you to purchase their loaner vehicles as well. So if you take your car in for service, get a loaner car, and you really like the loaner car, chances are you can buy it if they are willing to negotiate on a price at the time to make the deal happen. The only demo cars an official manufacture dealership would have for sale in the store available TODAY are newer model 2016–2017 with below 10k miles. So depending on which car brand you are interested in, the price can vary significantly. So the cheap your friend is talking about would be relative to how much you are looking to spend on this purchase.Step #1 would be to talk to a used car salesman, tell him you want to see if you can purchase a loaner car, or ask him if they have any demos that are ready to be sold. Then go form there..

How many combinations are there to a 4-digit lock?

Answer: There are 9,999 different combinations in a 4-digit lock.Explanation: The 4-digit number on a lock begins from 0000 and ends up to 9999 which are:From 0000 to 0999 there are 999 combinations. (1,000)From 1,000 to 9,999 there are 8,999 combinations (9,000)And now we have 1,000+9,000=10,000 combinations total. But… there are real 10,000 - 1 = 9,999 combinations, because the lock have already one combination on it at the time and if that combination is the right one the lock must be open, so we don’t have to search further for other combinations…!!!We have the one and we search for the other 9,999 combinations.
