Where can I buy a scouter from dragonball z online?
So I'd like to buy a scouter for my collection of dragonball z stuff. I already have a dragon radar, the dragonballs and a lot of action figures. It has to be less than 45 euro (incuding shipping costs) and they have to send it to Belgium. Does anyone know a good link or does anyone know someone who sells it? Please help!

Can anyone do a fusion 2 times in Dragon Ball Z?

What do Russians think of Dragon Ball Z?
I think It is largely unheard of. As far as I know, nobody was ever broadcasting Dragon Ball in russia, so it never acquired a huge fan following. I believe it became well known in USA because some channel was broadcasting it and it became a big part of people’s childhoods (plus there was certain appeal due to cultural difference). Such thing did not ever happen in Russia.I personally never watched it. My friend watched it, but he said, that after few hundred episodes fights started going on for a bit too long, and he got tired of it and dropped the series. I may check out it one day (especially the early series where it didn’t turn into fighting anime), but this is not going to happen soon.Basically… chances of a Russian knowing about Dragon Ball are incredibly low, if not astronomically low. To put it in perspective… I can’t remember ever seeing a dragon ball russian fan online, or someone talking about dragon ball online. Gintama is more well known, and even Patlabor would be more well known than this … then again, I can’t recall anyone ever talking about Patlabor… sigh. So maybe not.You’d need an anime fan who is either an jrpg fan that saw dragon quest and liked drawing style… OR someone who has been searching for old stuff, and dug up Dragon Ball. Keep in mind that they will need to either find subs for it somehow, OR they’ll need to know english to read english subs (13% of populace know english) OR they need to understand japanese.Those kind of people probably do not have a rarity of unicorn, but come quite close to it.The selection of characters on anime conventions largely supports my opinion. Basically, normally you’d see horde of naruto characters, with occasional rarities (like Franken Fran, Sesshoumaru from Inuyasha, Kagura’s brother from Gintama, Vash Stampede from Trigun), crowds of this years popular characters (Saitama + Genos from ONe Punchman , Ryuko Matoi in school uniform, JSDF from gate, etc), some popular stuff (zootopia bunny cops, League of Legends characters, X-Men, Ice King / Adventure Time) and occasional pop-culture reference (like Donald Trump).No dragon ball anywhere.
