Have Addiction To Cheese Burgers Is It. Bad

How often could you eat cheeseburgers?

Tired? It is pretty hard to tire of a cheeseburger, that's why they invented condiments. Generic meat patties with stuff. One a month is a treat. anything beyond one a week becomes routine and I fine myself not really enjoying the burger as much as I do when I haven't had red meat recently and just crave red blood.

"felt bad about it? like 80% of people, I'm trying to eat better. So I'd start to feel bad about anything over once a week or so, depending on how much red meat I've had lately.

Now I kind of feel like a good rare burger, but the closest I have on hand is a frozen pot roast.

Am I a bad Jew if I ate a bacon cheeseburger?

Terrible! I hope it was tasty…This reminds of a favorite joke.A rabbi and a priest were seated next to each other on an airplane and got to talking. The priest asked the rabbi “Have you ever eaten pork?” The rabbi glanced around and quietly admitted he had. He then inquired if the priest had ever had sex. The priest indignantly said, “No, of course not!”To which the rabbi replied, “That’s too bad, it’s much better than bacon.”As a wise Jew once said, “It is not that which goes in a man’s mouth that defiles him, but that which comes out.”

I AM ADDICTED to cheese! How can I stop??

You probably can't. Cheese is Satan's food. Evil and fattening, yet unspeakably tasty. Cheese is my favorite substance. You can put a pile of cheese and crackers in front of me and I can't stop eating... it's sooo wrong.

Perhaps you could try keeping to some of the lower fat products available, such as Cottage Cheese. I wouldn't get any of those "low fat" products. You have to consider that they have to replace the fat with something... what??? And you may have heard of Olestra. It's a synthetic fat substitute that doesn't get digested in the body. Sounds great right? Well, when the FDA did their studies, they found that a small percentage of people eating food containig Olestra suffered with leeching... as in this stuff seeped out of their you-know-what!!!

But good luck with cheese. Maybe you can just eat cheese and healthy salads? You could have a cheeseburger once a month and eat nothing but good stuff--and cheese--every other day.

I know I'm probably not being very helpful, but the fact is there's no escaping the CHEESE!!!

Addiction: Is eating pizzas and burgers dangerous to your health?

Let me tell you my story, maybe you can get some answers out of it - 3 years ago, I was single, living on my own in an apartment, with a job that required me to work until 7-8 pm everyday. I would come home, and, too lazy to cook for myself, would call the friendly neighborhood pizza store (read Domino's) and order a pizza and a soft drink for dinner. My frequency of ordering pizza was around three times per week, and this trend continued for over an year.I was getting little to zero exercise, and, as a result, I put on around 15 kilos (roughly 33 pounds). Too much pizza is bad for health. You can definitely have the occasional binge, but make sure you burn all that stuff out of your system through adequate exercise.

Is there cure for food addiction?

I had an eating disorder for about 3 years. I binged and starved for most of that time, then I had a year of just starve followed by a major binge period. Here's how I got over it, effortlessly lost 50 lbs, and no longer obsess about what I eat or how much I weigh even a little:I set one rule. I was allowed to eat what I wanted, when I wanted, if I enjoyed it. If I wasn't going to enjoy it, I wasn't allowed to eat it. This looked like slowing way, way down when I ate and fully enjoying the flavor, texture, smell, and sensation of eating. It would take me 10 minutes to eat a single scoop of ice cream. Half an hour to eat a sandwich. If I wasn't willing to commit to doing this when I was in a "binge" mood, I distracted myself and didn't eat. This way of eating wasn't constant. It was mainly when I was on my own and in a binge mood. Out with others I ate pretty normally, I probably did about one meal a day like this for 1 or 2 weeks, and that was enough. I started eating without thinking about it (as in childhood) soon after. On an emotional level, I felt the part of me that was hungry and never got to eat actually taste and feel fed. After that happened, it was like an internal contraction released. I relaxed on a deep level. I knew I could eat so no longer obsessed about it. That was my experience and something I invented for myself. Then, it turns out, there are books written on this and a whole movement around letting yourself really, really enjoy food as the secret to letting go of the addiction to it (people have shown them to me, but just now going to look for one to recommend I couldn't find any; sorry about that but if you look in the direction of "holistic weight loss" you'll find a lot of related books on this idea). And I once saw a celebrity interview with Jim Parsons in which he talked about how he gave up smoking using this same model. So it's proven to work beyond my own example. You may try it and see how it goes for you.

Is eating Feta Cheese everyday bad?

I am addicted to the feta cheese and tomato mix. I eat tomato with feta almost everyday, or at least put feta in my turkey sandwitch or tossed salad. I'll even eat it by itself straight from the container..Its soooo yummy! How bad is this? If I only eat it with vegetables is that fine? or does it make my "healthy" meals suddnely "unhealthy".?

Are fast food burgers less healthy than burgers from sit-down restaurants?

The big problem with fast-food is that nutrition isn't the priority. The emphasis is on quick preparation, high margins on ingredients, then on making them addictive. There is no reason a burger shouldn't be healthy, if you want to create a patty from wholesome lean cuts, it's certainly possible.Putting it in a bun isn't the best nutritional option but no means unhealthy per se.Large chains rely on cutting costs by having large distribution centres and a lot of preservatives. For example as an experiment you can see how natural your burger bun is by just leaving it somewhere, it won't rot for months, for people who eat real food, bread is normally eaten in days.Fast-food is also a sign that you don't value food---you want a quick "food hit" rather than eating something that might do you some good.Certainly fast-food is packed full of soft addictive substances, they have loads of added sugar and fructose, plus MSG, and fat itself is quite addictive.I'd avoid any processed fast food restaurant and opt for a properly cooked meal. Whatever cooking involves if it's generally fast, it's not healthy.
