Have I Got A Disorder

I have recently got a eating disorder..

My girlfriend is getting pissed at me because I have grown into a eating disorder and was wondering if you guys could help me resolve this. I work out 6 hours a day for football in the hot humid Florida sun. I drink plenty of water but i lose energy at about 4 hours, in which the rest of my team doesn't. Now this happens occasionally but seems to been happening frequently. My school is well known for its hard core training, and this is my 4th year into this type of training. So after practice I come home and i'll be hungry but when i start to eat, I get full or get a sick feeling sensation after the first 2 bites and just wont eat for the remainder of the day. Now I know your suppose to balance your calories out with your training but I cant seem to do this and my girlfriend thinks im anorexic and is on the urge to leave me.

My weight is 210 pounds, and im 6'1 and have been told im in perfect shape, (6 pack etc..). the supplements I take are NO2 Shotgun, Red line Kreatine, Weigh, and a few other things like fish oil..etc. I did recently get off Pro hormones from the following brands : TRNX , and Winnabolic. But the side effects said nothing of eating disorders.

If anyone has any suggestions, ide greatly appreciate it cause I cant lose my girl...

Our training schedule is:
Hour 1-3: Weight training, upper and lower body with 25 pound progression.

Hour 4: 30 mins of 100 yard sprints, and 30 mins of running up stadium steps with no breaks.

Hour 5: Leg lifts, Pyramids, Push ups, and leg work drills like high knees etc..

Hour 6: We continue sprints and run laps around the stadium non stop, with no water breaks.

My coach thinks i have an eating disorder!?

The easiest thing to do will be to try not skip meals and to ease yourself into breakfast. I know that people can't eat a lot, but if you start with somethin as small as a cracker and slowly work it up to a piece of toast or fruit, it would make your coach less worried.

Skipping meals worries anyone especially when weight loss is included. If you are doing it cause you aren't hungry, than maybe you need to force yourself to eat something small. Eat carrots or a few crackers with cheese just so you are getting some calories into your system.

In addition, talk to the counselor an explain to him your side of the story. They are only talking to you because they care about you.

Bipolar II disorder... hypomania?

i have rapid-cycling bipolar II disorder.i was diagnosed in january. i got a question...
ok, i have only had 2 "hypomania" episodes, but i only get them after i hit rock bottom (in terms of depression). is it strange i dont get them any other time? ( i wish i did...its awesome!!). why do i only get them after extreme depresive episodes?...im stable now, i went to the hospital and got new meds...i was just wondering how come i dont get hypomanic more often? why is it only after extreme depression? (last time, the depression ended up with me in a psych ward, and a few hrs after i got there...i was euphoric and so happy)

Have I Got Obsessive Compulsive Disorder?

Here is my breakdown of what is and is not considered OCD, in my opinion:

Ear Phone's Have To Be In Correct Ear. --- Not OCD. I do this and it's because songs actually are designed stereophonically to have certain sounds move from right to left, or vice versa. Most people would call us picky for this, but I don't.

-Phone Has To Be In Left Pocket. --- Probably more of a convenience thing for you, other than that, mostly just being picky.

-Ipod In Right. -- Not OCD. See above.

-Cd's Have To Be Straight --- Not OCD. Just organized.

-Dvd's Have To Be Straight --- Same with CD's.

-Book's Have To Be Straight --- Same with DVDs.

-Capital Letter At The Start Of Every Word. --- Not only borderline OCD, but this is annoying and typographically incorrect. Stop it. :[

-Has To Know Where: Wallet, Phone & Ipod Are Before I Go Bed. -- Not OCD, but definitely a bit paranoid and slightly insecure. Just dump them all on your night table.

-Have To ChecK Doors Are Locked -- Depends on how bad your neighborhood is. I always lock my doors, otherwise I'll end up with unexpected house guests, much like in the movie "The Strangers".

-Drink Bottle Lids Are On Correctly -- Not OCD...you just don't want a spill. If you check and re-check obsessively, then THAT'S OCD.

-Turned Taps Of --- You're not OCD, otherwise you would have noticed you spelled "off" wrong. :) Makings sure your taps are off saves water.

-Cd's In Artist Order -- Not OCD, just organized.

-Dvd's In Name Order -- Same as CDs.

-Books In Size Order --- But not alphabetically by title or author? That's not OCD. Weird, yes, OCD, no.

-Every Song Has To Have Album Artwork --- Not OCD, just picky.

-Ever Song Has To Be In Capitals Like This --- Not OCD for filenames, but OCD for typing anything else. Like you're doing now with the first letter of every word. Seriously. Stop.

OCD typically implies doing things repeatedly and obsessively. Much of what you're talking about is not OCD at all.

Hope this helps!
