Have You Ever Experienced Extreme Pain

Ladies, have you experienced pain in down there after you go?

It's weird! It's a very sharp i guess kinda pain and it gets quite intence everytime after I pee. I go to the bathroom and it comes immediantl after I stop. Is it a part of growing up? Do some people get it before a period? I just had my period late last month and now I am having this odd new pain. It hurts very very badly and these may be cramps but I think it has developed a cramp in my side. Like it feels a little like cramps but it's more like real actually cramping.

What is the deepest kind of emotional pain you have experienced?

Depression. It's like the undertow of the ocean. It seems innocuous at first: I can handle the waves; it's not that deep; I can get myself back to safety. You try to continue living your life, playing your part, going through the motions, ignoring the dynamics of the pull, deluding yourself into believing it's not affecting you. You go on with your days, kicking and dog paddling, juggling everything, believing you can handle it for now and will soon get back to the shallow waters where your feet can touch and you don't have to constantly toil to stay afloat. Then before you know it, you are shockingly far from the shore you always loved: the warm sand, the people you care for, the activities you enjoy, and the relaxation of being on solid ground. You struggle to swim back, but something has changed: you're not as strong as you were, you're easily tired, and you seem powerless against "It." It is invisible. It is silent. It is massive. It wants you to stay with It out in the cold depths where you can't touch and your strokes toward the shore yield so little progress relative to the herculean effort you exert trying to get back to your former status quo. You struggle to overcome Its force, knowing that there are people and things on the shore needing your attention. You buckle down, throwing everything you have into the effort to return. When you finally look up ahead to chart your progress, you are dismayed to see how little distance you have seemingly covered, but something else jars your mind: the shore. It's changed. Almost imperceptibly. The people are still there, laughing, playing, picnicking, coming, and going. But no one is looking for you! They've continued their lives without you. No search party. No emergency. Nothing. This is when It finally breaks its silence with a deafening whisper..."it's not worth it...they don't need you...you have nothing to offer...they don't miss you...they didn't even notice you were gone...they are fine without you...no one needs you now...you are different now...you are damaged...you are weak...you don't have anything to offer anymore...they don't want you...stay with Me...I am strong...I am the only one for you now..." The struggle then doubles as you fight with yourself as well as It.A choice ensues.

Anyone ever experience sudden over-salivation, extreme stomach pain and difficulty speaking?

All this morning my stomach has been hurting pretty bad. It feels like extreme hunger pangs, to the point where I momentarily feel like I'm going to throw up. I was on the phone at work with a client and all of a sudden my mouth started to over-salivate and my voice became weak and it was difficult to get my words out without my voice souding shaky. I had to spit out the saliva twice, and it was a pretty big amount. I felt like I was so close to throwing up but wasn't gagging or anything. I leaned over a waste basket and all that came out was the saliva. Has anyone experienced anything like this before? I felt like I didn't know what to do, I had to quickly put the client on hold because I couldn't really speak. My dad says I could've had a mini stroke which I HIGHLY doubt is the case. I am still having pretty intense stomach pangs which I think are just from hunger because I didn't eat breakfast. Let me know what you think, thanks!

Severe Calf Pain after Knee Surgery?

The day after having lateral release surgery on my left knee I started having Severe Calf Pain. Still experiencing pain and unable to put any weight on my leg, my surgeon had me go to the ER to have a Dopplerr ultra sound done to insure I have no clots. The test came back negative. Something else that baffled the surgeon is I lost mobility in my leg. Unable to lift my leg, though my mind thinks I am lifting it.. it hangs almost dead like. Week later and still extreme calf pain, have not been able to put any weight on it. The only relief from pain is when I elevate it. Then the pain is tolerable. I managed to lift it an inch. All the symptoms as follows:
*Severe Calf Pain
* Immobility
* Mild fever
*Occassional Numbness
*discoloration
*Unable to straigten leg
*whole leg swells
***forgot to mention, when I lower my leg it feels like blood is being restricted which causes the calf pain to be worse.

My surgeon does not seem too concerned, despite being puzzled to why I am unable to lift my leg and the pain.

Deseperate for help, has anyone experience this and what did you do to overcome it? they started me on physical therapy and I've been trying to do exercises which is hard when your leg wont straighten, immobile and calf pain.

(I know pain is involved, but the surgeon said it would have been my knee not the calf)
