i cant see her for another month or two btw. long story short she said ily to first and i said i didnt yet but i like and care for you (through text) some other stuff was said not too important. she stopped responding to my texts and calls. a week b4 that happend i dreamed of her leaving me for my bestfriend...weird right? hes fat lol no offence to heavy people my friend doesnt care. today i had a dream that she broke up with me but not for someone else. is this like some sign?

Lately i have been having dreams where one way or another my girlfriend leaves me. I feel that we have a strong relationship but i do get nervous on the occasion that she might find someone else while i'm away or when she goes on to another college. I am currently in the military as i have been for a year now so we aren't always together but we call and skype whenever we find time in out busy schedules. I wake up out breathing heavily and go strain to my phone and i text her saving i love her and that i wouldn't know what to do without her. I'm not usually a person to get scared or worry but these dreams have been messing me up mentally. Is there anything i can do to help make these go away?

Flip this, said meditating on how you can each day do a few, 3, tiny things to show love for your husband. A side note, if my wife bought me a flower as an act of love is pitch the flower the second I got it. I won't except gifts that I don't want or like. Do for him things that will mean you love him to him.Tiny things, like smile at him for no reason. Tiny simple meaningful thingsYes this takes Mental effort which is the point. If you spend time thinking about tiny simple things to do to express your love and appreciation for him you have less time to fritter away worrying about your fears.Next, think about the tiny things you do that hurt him, causes him discomfort and maybe distress. Things because of carelessness or lack of empathy, or anger, frustration… pick one and cut it out of your personal qualities. Then next month add another to the cut out of your personal qualities, keep at this while keeping the punted ones out.Yes this will take effort, again this will limit the time or energy you have to worry about your fears.The best way to break a habit seems to be to replace it with another habit.
