Healthy Eating Plan for 17 Year Old Girl?

I am 17 years old, I will be 18 in February. I am approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall, and currently weigh 225 lbs. My ideal weight is between 135-165 lbs, and I am trying to get there before I graduate in May. Currently, I do not eat breakfast, for lunch I have a peanut butter sandwich on white bread (home made), a granola bar, fruit snacks (100 calorie kind) and baby carrots. For dinner, usually we have something grilled or baked like chicken or something like that, but I always have a lot of bread or pasta or potatoes or something starchy at dinner, too. I am really looking for a lot of help here, and am also getting help with a work out from my gym teacher. Please, help me out! I want to look amazing for prom!

Diet plan/ ideas, maintainable workout routine? ?

okay so at home I have access to walking treadmill, an exercise bike, and boflex rowing machine. I have a jump rope but my my ceilings are too short to use it.
I am 16, 5'3, 149 pounds.
I can burn 500 calories per 1 hour on my exercise bike ( stationary) I want to lose like 2-4 pounds a week. idk what to eat and bow long to workout

when the school year picks up I only have time to workout for 1 hour and 30 min MAX! 1 hour is easier for me.
I don't eat breakfast or lunch at school but if it helps me with weight loss I will try to. I wake up around 6:30 I leave the house at 7:18. I finish my makeup and hair and stuff around 7. I drink a few oz of coffee I make it and bring it to school and sip for about 30 min. what could I have as a healthy small breakfast under 400 calories and quick to make? I won't eat oatmeal, cereal, or any processed breakfast crap.
my lunch this year is at 11:15-11:45 for the first time ever:) I can probably manage a sandwich most veggies and fruit wilt so idk about that. what's a healthy non smelling or messy to eat sandwhich besides pbj that is under 400 calories.
I get home around 2:50 and usually am forced to eat a snack. I like 1 cup of raw frozen strawberries and half a cup of fat free milk blende into a smoothy! but it's gotten more pricey to buy the frozen fruit and I don't like the taste unless it's store frozen. so what kind of light snack could I have under 300 calories and my mom makes dinner so that's prob around 400 calories

how many calories should I be eating to lose weight? I need quick easy meals and a simple 1 hour exercise routine. thanks so much! I appreciate it

Workout/diet plan for beginner teens?

I'm a female if that helps, and I'm not really active but I want to start working out and becoming healthier. Prom is also in 3 months, and hopefully with this plan, I can lose 10-15 lbs in fat. Being that I am beginner at this, and very unfit, and a teenager, what plan would be best for me to follow through with. I also complain alot, but push myself through it. I am 5'2.5 and currently weigh 137 lbs. My goal is to weigh 122 lbs. Is it healthy to lose it in 3 months? How many times a week should I work out? When do I start seeing results? I want a nice flat stomache, and more toned arms. If I workout with no diet plan will my results still maintain? I don't really want to cut out pasta, bread and rice.

If you wish to combine weight training and cardio, do your cardio after weight training. The best workout to get rippedThe get ripped workout plan is divided into 4 cycles of three weeks each.
