If someone begins a talk with ‘can I ask you a question ?’ that person feel some anxiety about asking you and this is an attempt to calm things. I think it is more of an expression that really says, ‘I am not sure I should ask you this question, so let me know if you do not want to talk about this, please’I often answer something like ‘you can ask, but I can’t guarantee that I will answer you. If I am comfortable answering or if I know the answer, then I’ll try to give you an answer. “If that is too formal or rigid, you can always say, ‘let me hear the question’.

Alright, Prom is in a little over a month, and I have a lot of questions, feel free to answer any! There is a girl I want to ask, but am not sure if she has a date or if she'll say yes. How would I find this out without being awkward? If I were to ask her, would simply asking "Would you like to go to the prom with me?" be good? I heard that's fine. It's not too late to still ask, right? The guys buy both tickets, right? How do I avoid an awkward moment no matter the answer? So both if she says yes and if she says no? Hello there John,This may surprise you but there is nothing I want to know about Donald Trump. He is only the President of the USA’s Federal Government and on any given day he is less important than my Governor, or any other State official. Everyone keeps acting like the world begins and ends in Trump and that is not accurate in the least.Me, I just want him to do the job the other 1/2 of the country hired him to do. So let him keep up with good trade policies, securing the border, shepherding the economy, running a fair and open foreign policy, irritating me and many others on a daily basis and so on. All in all, he is as good and in some cases better than the last 20 years in the Executive Branch we’ve had.Besides what I would really want to know isn’t about him though I certain he could find out and tell me, then have me killed for national security reasons.Ciao.

Oh my, I was reading this at first and I thought that it said you wanted a pet moose ^-^ I had two pet rats and they were awesome :3 so cute and adorable, so a mouse would be a good idea. I'd talk to your parents first, see what they think. I think you're old enough to have a pet mouse (certainly not old enough for a moose :3 ). Anything can carry a disease, even other humans can carry a disease that you don't know about. There's always that chance that a pet has a disease, you just have to do alot of research and buy your mouse from a good source (like a pet store or someone who's giving one away, whom you trust).

Hello. I just wanted to ask, is Islam the closest religion to science? According to scientists it is and that its the Quran that gives correct revelations that equates to science. To me, if someone tries to break a God, they try to break the statues, but Islam has got no painting or statue to break. Even if they try to break, they'd have to kill a Muslim. Its weird but I don't understand anything bout religion.
