I don’t know what your case is, but I’ll describe how it was for us (small SaaS team)Anyhow, we are a SaaS startup (so small business as well) and our team does a lot of calls as you can imagine - customer support, sales, demos, the occasional random users calling, the whole lot.For us it was easy to narrow down the options. I rely on Appsumo a lot when it comes to new tools, which is also how I found Yodel (I think it’s already mentioned in here).If you are using Slack (which I assume is very likely) and you do tons of calls where people just ask about something that you’ve covered in FAQs or KBs, then Yodel is definitely worth it + it all happens in Slack, so no switching apps & computers freezing while someone is calling. (I hate this so much!)What should also be noted is that you can automate a lot of things, which has definitely helped our customer support & sales people. Manual tasks before and after calls, like summing up a call (this can go directly to Evernote or email, etc.) after it’s done, having the “lead’s” name show when you get a call, etc. Small things that actually take a lot of time usually.Hope this helps! Your account is fully reinstated and can register additional cards. Thank you for using PayPal, The PayPal Team now i received this email 2 hours ago and i went to my account and it is still limited anyone knows if it takes a couple hours to update or something? any help/answer is greatly appreciated
