How do I get the standard iPhone clock back on my home screen?
You aren't able to delete an Apple app unless you've jailbroken your phone. If you removed the utilities folder and nothing else, it will be somewhere else on the home screen. You may have put it in a different folder. You are able to move apps by holding one down until they all jiggle, then sliding the app you want to move across to a new screen, into a folder, or putting it top of another app to create a new folder.You can also do a Spotlight search to open it, if you just want to get there and aren't overly concerned with where it is.The app is called "Clock".If you're talking about some change you've made to the way the clock appears on the upper middle of the phone, or on the lock screen, that's different. That's in the settings, and the most changes you can make to it are in Settings > General > Date & Time. If you can't seem to get one of those clocks back, you can always try a Reset All Settings (Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings), which returns your phone to default settings without removing any content.

I got an iPad for Christmas from my uncle yesterday, and I been using it since 5 this morning and I can't re arrange the apps on the home screen. It will darken when pressing down on the app but while holding it, it won't shake or allow me to re arrange it.
