Help I Worked This Out So Much And I Never Got It.

Is it normal to feel so tired after working out?

You need to make sure that you are doing the same AEROBICS everyday for the same amount of time. Lifting weights can take a huge toll on your body if you're not in shape aerobically. I would suggest Stretching for about 15 minutes and then jump-roping hard for about 15 minutes before you're work out. This will get your juices flowing.

Another thing is that you may not be taking in the necessary amount of carbohydrates, proteins, and calcium. When you work out, these nutrients are metabolized at a much higher rate, so you need more of them. You obviously know you need to be getting more protein, but carbohydrates are sometimes overlooked.

Whatever the case, make sure you are getting some aerobics in, and make sure that whatever kind you do, that it's the same thing for the same amount of time, everyday, whether you work out of not. And eat well!

I have been working on this for about an hr... need help needless to say.?

Petroleum rights to 140 acres of land are leased for $37,000. Part of the land leases for $200 per acre, the reminder for $300 per acre. How much is leased at each price?
I tried doing it x and y
Land: 200x and 300y
200x+300y=37,000
x+y=140

Why do I sweat so much when I work out?

I am 18 year old female and I am in really good physical shape. I have been swimming competitively for 13 years so obviously sweating wasnt so much of a problem in the pool. But as soon as I work out on the elliptical or even take a walk, I start dripping sweat. By the end of my workout I am soaked in sweat when I am not even very tired. Why do I begin to start dripping sweat so soon into a workout (im talking 5 min) when I am not even tired or that hot yet?

Why do you put in so much effort at work?

I started my career as a receptionist i was undergrad at the time. I haven’t had my working experience, but thankful at the time the HR and talent acquisition willing to take me in. Usually companies in Jakarta would rather hired someone has already fresh graduated. Cut long story short i was a reception for about a year and a half then once graduated i was promoted as executive secretary for directors and CEOs. Work as an ES for 2 years to then they seen my potential and put me to fill vacant position as government relation until today. Being GR is the real challenge, facing different people from beaureau institution from countries that has nature resources, the patience i never had before, and not to mentioned the travel for work. But however i do it with pleasure i never got home complaint to myself of how miserable my life is. I thankful for every single thing in my life daily. And always look forward the next dayWhy i put so much effort at work because first they gave me huge chance when i was just undergrad to work and start my first job, second they willing gave their effort to teach me knowledge i will never got at the uni such as knowledge of mining, government rules from various countries they have (mind you this is multinational companies with their offices located worldwide from Europe to Africa to Cyprus), they put me for trainings for self improvement and career wise improvement throughout years, they gave chance for their employee for promotion, they gave fair bonus by the end of the year, and third when my late father passed away 5 years ago the whole company from Bosses to janitors and security pay visit in the funeral parlour. Thats what i appreciated and i will never get from other companies. And last, people there has become like family to me, people i work for has been there more than 10 years before me.this year is the anniversary of my 10th year i work for them. I learn a lot from wisdom to knowledges that i always thankful each day and still learning.

I'm home schooled and haven't done any work this year, please help?

I started home school for the first time ever. I'm in year/grade 9. I'm a computer addict, I spend almost all my time on it, even if I just sit here bored. I've become totally anti-social, I've done no school work except for my exams this year. I can't find a motive to get me motivated. Even the fear of repeating the entire grade/year. I'm in Australia, so school starts at the end of January and finishes in early December. I have done a few things, but I didn't put any effort into it and got 2% on my maths work once... I'm letting my parents down. Dad was away for 6 months and I kept lying to mum that I was doing my school work. I even got these inactivity letters which I check in the mail every time I can and chuck the letter out.

I really need a motive or something to change this extremely awful habbit I've grown into. I've tried asking mum if I can go back to normal school, because their, I will have friends and teachers to force me to do my work. I get angry easily, am I mental?

Why does working out hurt so much? Does it hurt less the more you work out?

Thanks for the A2A, Sed. It is much appreciated.Pain during and after a workout can come from a few different sources and reasons."The Burn": This is the sour feeling you get when you are working your muscles at higher than 75% intensity. It is an actual indicator of acid accumulation in your muscle and will eventually interfere with its contractions. Be careful, you might end up dropping weights (on yourself), or falling over from "weak knees".Delayed onset muscles soreness: This is pain arises from using the muscle in a way your motoric brain can't deal with, which leads to small errors in muscle control, which in turn leads to micro-tears in the muscle. These need to heal off, but the good part is that if you eat right in this period, there will be a jump in muscle size.Straining. Avoid at all costs, as it can lead to injuries. If you aren't capable of benching 200 pounds, don't try it! Build up to it properly. As they used to say back in the day: The heavy weights aren't going anywhere. Let me say it again: Do not try things you can't handle yet.
