Help. Im Loosing A Lot Of Weight

Eating a lot, but losing weight?

Yes - that is completely normal. You said it yourself in the opening post - you've changed your diet! Of course you lose weight if you eat more healthy.

I think you're just thinking you're overeating by eating junk food when in reality you're actually dropping in weight. Most people have the opposite problem :)

Keep up the good work and start counting calories to really be sure!

Can rotc and pe help me lose weight!?

PE more so than ROTC (If we're talking High School). At least at my high school I don't see the ROTC people doing any strenuous work outs, it's more about regulations and precision. In college though it's a different story, and it will definitely help you there.

Help! Being vegan is making me lose too much weight!?

hello, i'm 17 years old. I've switched from vegetarian to vegan for three months and have lost A LOT of weight.. this isn't exactly a good thing for me because now i'm 5'8" and 104lbs (very under weight). Im starting to get scared. I was 112lbs before i went vegan and i want to gain some back. I'm not a junk food vegan so I know i am getting the nutrients i need, i'm eating balanced foods with meat substitutes and dairy subs. Yesterday I had oatmeal for breakfast, a broca "chicken" pattie burger for lunch with spinnach, and a bowl of rice with beans for dinner and ate a bananna with as a snack late in the evening. This is a usual routine. I even eat vegan chocolate brownies. Is this normal? does anyone have any suggestions? if possible please give me the brands of vegan safe weight gain bars/foods. i'm seriously scared that im going to have a heart attack or something from being so thin. maybe i should go back to being vegetarian to gain weight from eggs/milk fat products or something?

Does pooping a lot mean you're losing weight?

No, not exactly. You can “lose weight” from pooping by just excreting mass in the form of feces out of the body, but this is not how one loses weight in any meaningful, long-term way.You “lose weight” via [cellular] respiration—i.e. breathing out carbon dioxide. See When you lose weight, where does the fat go? Most of the mass is breathed out as carbon dioxide, study shows.Fecal content is composed of material waste that was not absorbed through the gastrointestinal (GI) tract, epithelial cells shed from the GI tract, and bacteria in the lower GI tract. Water content tends to vary, depending mostly on health status and diet.

Why am I losing weight even though I eat a lot?

You are (Obviously) not eating enough. If you are losing weight then you are eating at a caloric deficit. It is as simple as that, there are no two ways about it.[ Or you have a tapeworm, but that’s incredibly unlikely so… ]1500–2000 calories is not “A lot”. 1500 cal/day will put all but the most inactive of people into a deficit… 2000 is the “Average” diet… average because it is smack in the middle of the bell curve of what a healthy adult needs… but you could be either above or below that requirement very easily. Since you are young, and probably more active than you realize (gym class? sports? walking through the mall with friends? walking to school? hitting the beach? etc.) you are likely above average right now in terms or your caloric needs… enjoy it while it lasts. If you want to maintain weight, then start eating 2000/day consistently, and watch the scale for a couple weeks to see what happens… if you are still losing, then try eating at 2200/day consistently and so on. You will know you hit maintenance when you stop losing, and you will know that you’ve gone over maintenance if you start to gain. There are calculators out there that predict your TDEE based on your activity level, if you want to get a better approximation of what you should be eating… but like i said… it is likely that you are underestimating your activity level, so it will only be an approximation… and experimentation is going to give you a more accurate number.

Will marching band help me lose weight?

I did marching band all four years in high school, and parade marched with a private drumline, and it keeps you active in shape, however I didn't notice any weight loss, if anything I would say it helps with breathing or builds muscle/indurance depending on what you play (I marched cymbals, bass drum and snare drum). Besides that, any weight or calories burned during marching certaintly come back to you with all the pizza and junk food and candy we ate at band meals lol. So in my opinion it isn't going to have any dramatic effects, but it certainly will keep you active, and give you something fun to do. :) Hope I helped.

If i swallow sperm will that help me lose weight?

Get that false notion out of your head once and for all !
