Legal advice needed please help?
ok if your were to fall because you needed to climb on a wet metal surface where it is obviously extremley dangerous.. how injured do you need to be to sue? can you sue even if your injuries are not that bad because you have been exposed to unesercary danger and have fallen how much money could you sue for if you hurt your back fairly bad but this was not easy to prove because doctors cant isolate the cause?

Okay so i have a truck that was recently involved in a car accident, my step brother took the truck without my consent & called me that he was in a accident in my truck , i arrived on the scene reported my truck stolen , a few days ago i receive a letter from a lawyer representing the other person involved in the crash , that since the truck is registered to me I’m responsible, i called the lawyer and told him that the truck was reported stolen & has nothing to do with me , he asked if i had another car registered in my name with insurance i said yes & he asked i provide him with the insurance info , i said no because that car & insurance has nothing to do with the truck involved in the accident , now he said he’s going to file a lawsuit ?? Help ?

Hi my name is andrea terwilleger i am writing to seek legal advice. I have a daughter Ariana whom is four years old, i met my ex boyfriend Travis when my daughter was two years old, My relationship with Travis lasted 1 year and 6 months. We separated in October of 2005. It has been almost 1 year now. When we first separated i allowed him to visit with ariana about once a month so that i could slowly separate them. After 6 months i informed him that the visits would stop because i knew that my daughter was ready to move on now. I had thought that it would be a shock to her if i just separated them in the very beginning. Travis is not the biological father of Ariana. On Thursday 9/28/06 a private detective whom Travis had hired, approached me at my daughters school and informed me that i had a court date for a child custody hearing on 9/29/06 at 8:30am.i appeared and The judge granted this man temporary visitation rights until the trial date 11/25/06 what can i do to stop these visits

employees at work tonight that someone needs to take my wig off and burn it. I wear wigs because I have a medical condition and I was hurt and embarrassed when I heard her say this about me. I asked her did she say this to confirm what she said and who was she talking about. She said she was talking to whoever was listening and that she was talking to me. I told her she wasn't going to talk to me like that and disrespect me. She said somebody better get this little girl. I'm 24 years old. She hurt my feeling and made me upset so I called her a bitc h told her to kiss my azz and told her I quit. When I left she then told the other employees to stop talking about the situation because the black bitc h is gone and I better be lucky she is a Christian because she was about to kick my azz. Do I have a legal case and if so what is it called for the embarrassment and humiliation that she caused me?

PLEASE HELP! need legal advice about child custody?
I really need some advice from anyone who knows a lot about child custody cases. I have a two year old son who see's his dad every wknd & this morning I went to pick him up over his dad's & we got into an argument & he took my son out of the car & told me I couldn't take him. I called the cops & two officers came & pretty much said they can't do anything bc we don't have a custody agreement so my son's dad can keep him. So later I get a call from the father so we could talk. & he said he's at work & wouldn't tell me where my son was but knew he was still at the house with the father's friends. So as a mother I went back to get my son & they wouldn't open the door! The cops were called again & he said the same thing that the father can keep him as long as he wants & to work it out through the court. I've been on the phone all day trying to speak with someone for advise but was on hold the whole time. Someone please tell me can the father do this? How long can he really keep my son from me? He said I won't be able to see him until the court hearing which could be months from now. Aren't I already the sole custodial parent if I'm the mother? Someone please help!!!! Also we were never married & my son's father tried to overdose last week & I called to get an emergency hearing & no one will help me. I told the cop about the father's suicide attemp & he did nothing.
