How is good nutrition related to other components of personal fitness?

Your body is a machine. A very complicated one. Like all machines in needs fuel to operate. Different parts of the body need varying types and amounts of fuels. Nutrients are these fuels. To be physically fit all these parts must work properly or the machine breaks down and can't operate. Another part of personal fitness is hygiene. You gotta clean the machine. Think of the body as an automobile. It needs regular maintanance an it's your job to see that it gets it.

You could start to feel light headed during the middle of a workout if you haven't eaten or hydrated enough pre workout, or you're not allowing yourself enough recovery time in between workouts. Feeling light headed is pretty self explanatory with recognition, you get short of breath, vision and hearing start to get a little funky, and you just don't feel right. To fix this, stop whatever vigorous activity you're doing and lie down so that your head is level with your heart. Blood flow to the brain will increase, causing the feeling of faintness to go away.

Do I really need a personal trainer?

Hey there!Trust me, this is not only you who has the knowledge what you want to achieve - just need the guideline in the form of trainer or coach. The amount paid to the creditor on account and the cost of supplies on hand on March 31, 2105 have been provided as a sliding amount using two sliders as follows:

under this it shows to sliding bars
one says creditor payment on accounts March 31:
the other says supplies on hand March 31:

both sliding bars range from $0-$800
Im assuming in the intial question where it says 2105 it is a typo.

All i really need to know is where should I put these bars and why?
